No. They sneaked in a special program on Friday, and moved the actual episode to Sunday. Second episode will be back on the next Friday.

They're taking their sweet time to release those then.

Just watched the special program.
They are using actual suits in the show.
Garo suit seemed to be using some thinner and cheaper material for the arms and legs when it is in action.
Prison horrors are actual suits as well, but will be covered by layers of CG effects.
Human drama and action will be a big thing in the show.
Each episode will be a complete standalone story.
