It's the US one. I know they are region locked. Although I have no immediate plans to open it just yet, so it wouldn't matter if it was Japanese until I do make that decision.

Yeah, at first it was JP only, then they released in EU. NA one came out this past Sunday on the 24th. Sold out everywhere.

Yeah, they don't appear to be super popular over here. At the start of the month I could still get one from my local GAME, haven't been in since so I don't know if they still have any. Kinda want it, but I already have my Limited edition Mario one =D

EDIT: to keep on topic... Picked up my last HLJ parcel yesterday, so I know have Go-buster Red and Deka Red. Need Red Hawk to complete my Akiba cannon thing-a-ma-bob

Yea there not as popular as they were back in the day where all the Pokemon styled Game boy colours and N64 where out of stock and hardly came back in stock

Red Hawk is a nice figure. IMO, the best Red that's come out so far
