You'll have to go with a middleman; this one will be a TakaraTomy Mall exclusive from what I've heard. Defensor is also a TT Mall exclusive and he goes for 17,200¥ on NY so expect something similar for Galvatronus.

That news post says its a domestic release (which I initially assumed meant mass release, but looking at it again yeah that most likely means exclusive), but even if it's not that bad a price for what you get. Will have to see how it turns out and what else is out at that time I guess.
