Technically, Arceus was always in the game. Everyone is in the game. They just hacked it so he'd show up...

Also if you want variety for your fights,I'd say now Megas or else you'll see the same pokemon over and over again

I'm not asking for variety, I'm just wanting to know if there should be any clear set of rules to follow, if any.

Elegant is the only one i seem to see on the GTS and it's pretty annoying. :/
