Technically, Dekaranger in SWAT Mode can be considered as military police.

Is it bad that I kinda want to place bets on if Commander Hilltop will die because he is black? Sorry if that sounds bad but after seeing enough horror movies and seeing any black character in Kamen Rider dying you can't blame me.

Well the only black characters then were villains iirc, Supporting cast is a different story
