For Zyuohger it was two of them like I said before, Tamotsu Shinohara and Yukihide Toyota. But Toyota seems to have done most of the monster designs for Zyuohger compared to Shinohara based on my findings around the internet. Majority of the monster designs credited Toyota as the designer, Shinohara's notable one being the one from episodes 10 and 11. I believe the artist you are referring to is K-Suke who did Kiramager and Kyoryuger but not Zyuohger.

That's it! K-SuKe is the designer for Zenkaiger. Looks like, in addition to Kiramager and Kyoryuger, he did a lot of the MOTWs from Ninninger and a bunch of characters from Kyuranger. I really love his work...

But it would have been rad AF to see Shinohara work on the designs, considering how many utterly iconic Sentai villains he's designed over the last 30 years (Witch Bandora and all the Zyuranger generals, the Gorma Tribe from Dairanger, the main Youkai from Kakuranger, the Infershia from Magiranger, Rio & Mele and a bunch of other Rin Jyu Den users from Gekiranger, the Gedoshu from Shingenger, the Shadowline generals from ToQger, and the Deathgalien generals from Zyuohger... basically, all of my favorites :lol).

Shinohara, in other words, is GOAT. But K-SuKe is really good as well.

Yeah, he's giving me serious Iago vibes. And by that, I mean the Iago from Othello... not the Iago from Aladdin... even though they're both parrots. :lol

Now that y'all mention it, I can picture it later be the Dark Red Buster equivalent and be a purple-red Zenkaiser repaint with the Tojitendo emblem, etc. if they go that route.

Zenkaiser also has a robot bird companion, doesn't he? The one who looks vaguely like the Geartlinger but doesn't seem to transform into it. And they even appear to have some similarities in their designs! Maybe it'll just be for thematic contrast, but I'll bet it's more than a coincidence...

Secchan probably is a parrot given its bright and colorful color scheme, not sure if Gege is based off of a chicken or a toucan. Or maybe a stylized crow/raven.

There's definitely going to be some duality there, and perhaps a backstory element as well.

And as much as I am glad for Tatsuhisa Suzuki to be picked as Gege a part of me wishes Hiro Shimono would be Gege just so he can unintentionally reprise the role of that douchebag toucan he played in Africa Salaryman. :lolol

However, I wonder how the Mecha will work. As in "Will there be additional Mecha forms for the other Main Mecha of Super Sentai?" And also, how will the combinations work? Will there be a new form that turns all of the Mechas into Limbs? Sorry I have a lot of questions. And also, what would each of the Mecha forms theoretically look like? Like Engine Sentai GoOnger. I can't say the name of Engine Sentai GoOnger without singing the theme. Engine Sentai Go ONGAH (Go-On). That theme is a special earworm that activates only when you say the name. So, Juran is based upon Daizyuzin. Gaon is based upon GaoKing. Magin is based upon MagiKing and MagiDragon. And Vroon is based upon Daibouken. I wonder whether most of the other Mecha will have forms based upon them. And how would they look like? I have so many questions and will likely not get any answers for a while.

I suppose. I can see a possible scenario where they go Kyoryuger/Kyuranger on us and give us extra rangers later on in the style of the kikainoid rangers.
