How did you get that off without damaging him?

I didn't, actually. You just can't see it.

Someone said to use a small screwdriver to undo the connectors on the shield. So, I got a small flat head, and it wouldn't pry them off. So, I started applying pressure pushing the shield away from him. After a few minutes of attempts, I managed to get a connector undone. I tried again and managed to get another on the other side off. I tried again and got a third off, and the strap on one side was able to fully come off.

I quickly found out it's glued, not attached. However, the shield is very hard plastic, so I can put the shield on a figuart and place the plastic band in between the two sides of the shield, and it holds it in place without snapping in or glue.

I also noticed I scraped some paint off back side of the green figure in the process. :( The shield would cover all that up though if I put it back on.

Yeah, I saw they are just glued on, but I am way too paranoid to even attempt to take it off. Last time I tried that with something... well... the results were so pretty.

I mean as cool as it is to be able to do that, I have no desire to damage the figure. It's clearly intended not to be removed so I'm not gonna do it. I'll just wait for Armed Tyranno Ranger and be happy with that. The only other one I'd ever even want to put it on is Mammoth Ranger anyway. I could say being an easy exclusive way down the line.

I mostly did it since it was bothering me that other people did it and I hadn't. Plus, I wanted to see how it looked on other figures. I'm not too experienced at meddling with figures, so I knew the risk. I can see myself just ordering a new MMPR Green later on down the road now.

I want to get a second Dragon Ranger so I can paint him orange. Hopefully taking off his shield won't be so hard when I try it.

Meh, he only had it on for like 15 seconds (just watched that episode yesterday).

Why not? Orange is my favorite color and it would be fun. Not like there has even been an official orange so customizing is the only way.

I'm completely in love with this mould. Deka Yellow might just be my new favourite Sentai figuart.

Holy crap, I didn't know they came with hands with their numbers on them.

They all did except Blue, but that hand I'm using on him came with one of the girls (or both, I think they had the same hands apart from the 4 and 5 ones).

The hands for Blue and Green came with Pink and Yellow.

Unfortunately, Green does not come with the correct pointing hand, as he comes with a hand for his right arm when he should have come with it for his left arm as you can see in the second picture below.

Yes, but you can get them off Mandarake. They've got several Blue's on there right now and I've seen Yellow and Pink three times in the last week.

I got a blue off of Jungle for the standard Figuarts price. The only real bum thing about mine is it was Ex-Display, all complete and that but the joints seem pretty well worn. His right arm can barely hold up its own weight.

What price range?

Stop that. Stop advertising that figure. I want it. :(

Gathering of Pink & Yellow ranger action figure collection.

As you can see, there are overlapped rangers. (for example Samurai pink)
Even so, It is massive assemble of Yellow and Pink rangers (Specially Yellow)

Where'd you get the Dragon coin from?

Yesterday I got a Light Tent, so I'm experimenting and learning how to use it. I started taking photos of Dragon Ranger to learn, so tell me what you think and how I can improve. I'm having difficulty with the lighting, I think my blackground looks nicer then my white :)

Here are some poses replicating scenes during Burai's final battle with Geki, in which he dual wielded Hellfried and Zyusouken. Here Burai is using Zyusouken to power up his Dragon Armour to make a reflective shield and also him combining the power of Zyusouken and Hellfried to fire a beam at Geki!

I don't remember if it was verbally pointed out in Samurai like it was in Shinkenger, but Juuzo/Deker fights using the Uramasa backwards when he's serious. He said it had a "reverse blade" or something in Shinkenger.
