This one is a tough one, actually, I love both shows, but going simply on biast, Blade would win(With Kenzaki being my favorite Kamen Rider character, period.) But, by the end of their respective series they're both quite powerful, and could go head to head with a lot of the other Main Riders, and come out victorious. I could actually see Kenzaki having trouble fighting with another Rider, under any circumstances, he'd rather sacrifice himself rather than defeating the other person, unless they were a bad guy(Not taking the Decade version in to account, of course.) But, in terms of power alone, Blade would probably win.
|
I would have to go with KIVA, Kenzaki being an undead is quite powerful on his own, But no one really knows just how powerful Wataru is.

The Emperor Bat flies! Kiva moves onto the Tournament!

Kamen Rider Similarities Battle- MegaMax Similars
Remember that comment Philip made in MegaMax? Well, that's the basis of this battle!
Riders who will be in the ROTY Tournament- OOO, Decade, Kabuto, Kuuga, Knight, Skull, Agito, Dark Kiva, Den-O, Birth, Amazon, Super-1, Kiva- 3 spots remain Kamen Rider W (2010) VS Kamen Rider Fourze (2012) Double:
Fourze:
The polls closes Thursday! Hint to Next battle- *Whip noise* |
Fourze. Definately Fourze. He has the raw firepower, he doesn't need another person to Henshin, and Space is in fact Awesome.
|
Oh man....I don't know who to pick. Fourze has the versatility of switches, but W has all the knowledge/strategy. Two? Or four? Hmm...........
|
I love Fourze and while he does have a lot of options, I'm going to have to go with Double on this because here two heads are certainly better than one.
Double is a better fighter than Fourze's straight brawling, the gaia memory switching in and out is more seamless than the astro switches (giving Double time to get in some quick hits with combos such as lunar trigger) and given the chance to properly research him, I'm sure Philip could find a way to take out Gentaro relatively quickly. But in reality, these are two riders you'd probably never see face off against each other :lol |
Fourze is far more versatile when it comes to switches and means he can be more unpredictable.
Double is smarter (Thanks to Philip), and can make better use of the few powers he has. I'm going to give it to Double. His 9 forms and 2 Super forms (I'm not counting Fang/Joker because it requires a different body to transform into, and while swapping memories/switches are free actions, de-transforming, regaining consciousness, and transforming again most certainly is not) just puts him at a better standing than Fourze, especially when Fourze doesn't have Kengo on the sidelines telling him what switches to use (Because if Gen was left to it, all he'd use was Rocket and the various form states switches). |
I'm going with Double. Not all of Fouze's Switches are combat based, plus Gen tends to use Rocket over more practical choices. Throw in Philip's clear head and Shotaro's willpower and this fight will swing to W's side, though Fourze will not make this a east win.
|
W. Fourze is versatile, but I think he comes up short when he has to deal with someone whose fighting prowess extends past gimmick spamming.
|
Onore Inoue!
|
Double because he has (say it with me, now)
RAINBOWS. OF. DEATH. |
I do want to vote for Fourze but in this I think W is the stronger Rider here.
|
Oh man this is a tough one. Sheer power vs. highly skilled. The power of space vs. the knowledge of the earth. I have to give it to Double though.
|
To be honest this is one of those battles that seems so evenly matched that I doubt I could pick. I don't particularly consider W or Fourze to be very powerful riders anyway. W has more knowledge, skill, and experience. And Fourze has more.... raw power? I'm not sure how to fairly assess this one.
|
I may like Double a lot, but one thing that always struck out for me was that he/they didn't seem very powerful. He seemed very much like a Showa-style Toku hero, focusing more on hand-to-hand brawling and skill than straight out power. If fact, I'd say this is his appeal, but it does mean that out of the post-Decade Riders, Double is the weakest by raw power in my eyes.
However he does have immense skill, but I'm not sure if that would help him compete with Fourze. I'm going with Fourze because the power of the cosmos is just overwhelming. |
Thing is, Double doesn't need to over power Fourze. All he needs to do is be able to counter Rocket.
Because if you can stop Rocket, Gentarou's plan A, B, C, D, E, and F are all dead. :p |

All Gentaro knows is Rocket Drill kick and spam states :lol

Yeah, and Shotaro has been shown to be very resourceful. After all, he's the guy who beat Utopia with a bunch of critter gadgets, unmorphed.

Since the topic was more powerful... Fourze has the raw power hands down. Cosmic states just rolls over extreme. Plus you mention Phillip...I see Gentaro fighting so randomly ole Phil would just go nuts with frustration.
I mean the small fights would be interesting...firestates vs heat metal...then using magnet to own the metal...Luna trigger to counter rocket states...but in the endgame cosmic would just be game over. |

I think that Double can successfully defeat Fourze Cosmic. |
I challenge you to a town hall debate on that one...

Double. 2 minds are better than one, and Fourze is still a High School student. Also, didn't Phillip claim in Begins Night that Double would be the ultimate life form?

I don't know why people are so quick to assign "mindless flailing" to Fourze. Sure, he was like that at the beginning of the show, but it eventually got to a point where he could come up with pretty effective switch combinations without needing Kengo to tell him what to do, such as in his final fight with Haru. While he needs Net in the end, the switches that he did use, Gyro and Gatling, Shield and Aero, and Scoop, all suggested that he was on his feet throughout the entire battle. Same thing with both of his battles with Aries, Kijima as the Horse, and so on and so forth. Plus, he came back from the dead and beat up Sagittarius without using the Fourze system. I'm not saying he's the ultimate rider or anything like that, I'm just sick of hearing that he's just a doofy brawler.
That said, I don't know who to vote for here. Shotaro seems like a more mature Gentaro, and Phillip is just kind of like Kengo but tagged on. And besides, they're probably the last two Riders who would fight each other. |

no..this isn't on a mass level...

I'm just gonna close this battle early. Double moves on!
