I'd say it's fairly obvious that by using the term "deactivates" their jut telling us Chase is shut down for a while but like any heroic death there will probably be a reversal. They brought Shinnosuke back after all so why not Chase.

I'm probably he could be revived on Drive-Ghost crossover episode but will be dead until team up movie because Chase is too cool to live like Gai Yuki or Kaito Kumon.

Yes we do. The last scans that show us the crossover mention that the Kamen Riders are currently cleaning up the last Roidmudes after the finale, it shows all three (Shinnosuke, Gou & Chase) in henshin pose and it even has a picture of Kamen Rider Chaser fighting against some generic Roidmudes.

We all kind of were expecting Chase's. I know these leaks are spoilers, but Chase's death is too major of a spoiler to include, so it really ruined the end for me, even if I could expect it.

What if in case Heart and Medic don't survive, they place a piece of their conscious into one of the shift cars?

Medic - Mad Doctor

I've always thought the Roidmudes had a shift car counterpart. Heart was Deadheat, Medic was Mad Doctor, Chase was Proto Speed, and Brain could be Formula since Shinnosuke always used it as counter to Brain.

Or brain could be colorful commercial because he always imitated the guy he copied

I can imagine Chaser & Mach V-Cinemas.

Chaser: Explain how he was created and gaining a human form. Plus this can give us a chance for Rider Chaser to use the viral cores in Mach Driver form.

Mach: Maybe his story can take place after the series. Or during his trip in overseas. Plus for a chance to reveal the lost Signal Bikes: Yukkuuri, Toosaan, Ittsuu & Kattoobi. Better be different colors though.

I'd be donwn for that, but I wouldn't bet on it happening. Only a few Rider show have ever had post-series movies and I don't know if Drive has the same fan support as Den-O, W, or Gaim.

Although he's injured, the Mass Mach suit can allow him to fight. That would be awesome to see him fight with Shinnosuke again.

Episode 46 What was their reason for fighting (8-13-15) - While fighting Banno, Chase sacrificed himself to save Go’s life. In order to avenge him, Go uses Chase’s Signal Bike, the Signal Chase, that he had given Go moments before his death. Meanwhile, Shinnosuke, Heart, and Medic reach the Sigma Circular as it begins running the program that Banno gave it.

Episode 47 My friend, to whom do you entrust the future? (8-20-15) - Shinnosuke, having stopped Banno’s plans, is challenged to a duel by Heart in order to finally end their rivalry. However, Shinnosuke, no longer feeling an hostility towards the Roidmudes, tries to call off the duel by persuading Heart to co-exist with humans.

Episode 48 TBA (8-27-15) - A thief breaks into the Metro Police Department to steal an item that had been left behind at a crime scene. The police identity the thief as a member of Neo Shade, an anti-government organization that Shinnosuke had once been investigating with Hayase. The mysterious item, called a Ghost Eyecon, that had been left behind at the crime scene seems to be connected to the case.

You know what's really interesting about Drive? The human antagonists are ten times worse than the Roidmudes.

Even Brain and Medic ended up redeeming themselves in the end. Banno and Nira are complete heartless bastards with no redeeming qualities.

Its a very interesting idea the show presents. At least to me. Being that evil can come from any place and that humans have the potential to be either good or bad just like the Roidmudes have that option.

That is a good point. I hadn't stopped and thought about that.

Something tells me these Roidmudes will probably appear in the crossover movie.

People were worried about this, but I actually don't think Chase will come back in the final episode despite being in the preview for 48. After watching it a couple more times, it seems to me like the shots of the three Riders could very well be a flashback. Perhaps Shin is reflecting on his time as a Kamen Rider and having trouble thinking passed it. The shot where he fires his gun, mirroring his global freeze mistake, makes me think this episode will be all about Shinnosuke getting back on his feet as a normal kickass detective and moving on from his superhero days.

Until the next crossover movie of course. :p

Maybe Chase is a ghost in the final episode. I mean it's possible.

To me it looks much more like this will either be an AU story or will take place before the final episode. After what happened in the finale I cant really imagine this happening afterwards.

I'm just saying, look how much Shin is featured using his gun in the preview video and pictures. He's also not wearing the shift brace aside from that one shot with the three Riders.

I think the whole 3 riders together is probably going to be like what Gaim did in it's final episode, where the beginning is some undisclosed time in the past, in this case, before the final battle with Banno. Maybe sometime between episode 42 and 43, since we had that big gap from 30 to 23 Roidmudes.
Then the rest is post episode 47, as Shin doesn't have his Shift brace and the Chief is in his new uniform at the end.

Listing for a Drive Saga Kamen Rider Chaser Blu-Ray showed up. Looks like Drive might get a Gaiden or rather W-Returns treatment.
