At the same time I too was surprised at first to see a repaint come out so quickly.

I think we can confirm that the Gazer suit and the Glare suit are different ones, since I can't imagine them painting back and forth the same one.

But damn, all three look really, really nice. Wonder if we'll get more GMs who have unique Glare paintjobs after Chirami.

They could easily have filmed the scenes with Glare in advance and then Repaint to Gazer.

But why tho? It'd be easier just to have more than one suit, reusing the mold to have two of the same shape.

I thought it was a known thing, but there are always multiple suits in various detail levels for each tokusatsu production.

Repaints are increasingly common because a lot of suits are made with molded or templated parts so you can make duplicates easier.

There's an image floating around somewhere of a closet with like 10 Decade suits.

Ah, so that explains why the Void Knight suit was brown when they imported it from Japan.

My favorite example of this is in Ryuki. On closeups the sliver chest pieces have a hard edge, but for stunts theyre clearly made of foam covered in a silver material

I think the funniest thing about Geats having more bike action than previous shows is that it actually has an excuse to have less since the riders actively don’t have access to the bike at all times due to it being tied to boost.

There's a reason why they haven't had much bike usage in the recent seasons. Japan has tightened up on the laws about modified motorbikes on the streets. So Toei hasn't really had the freedom to just film bike scenes, they've had to find the right places to do them.

Given that both items were posted on AmazonJP, it seems this driver will be Retail, and available around Mid-March.

There are 6 hexagons in the bottom right corner of each Raise Riser Card, with the colored hexagons seemingly corresponding to different sponsors.

first look: Boost Mark II!

Looking pretty fierce!

I am making a prediction: Boost MKII and the Laser Raise Riser are going to combine. The panel on the front of Boost MKII is looks to be designed to connect with the handle part of the Laser Raise Riser, which is the part that has the rail to slot into the desire driver.

Something about the jaggedness of the mask seems reminiscent of another rider, anyone feel the same?

Somehow I'm getting owl vibes from the mask here.

Lazer Boost looks pretty sweet! I wonder if Ziin's going to have to sacrifice himself for Ace to get his Lazer Raise Riser though.

Considering how these Riders are from the future, it makes sense that the idea that Riders can be anything can be taken to a whole new level.

He'll probably give Geats an extra one. Hope he sticks around him, Tycoon & Na-Go.

Oof. I am not a fan of these Sponsor Rider forms on the whole... And most of them being big CGI monsters is not helping.

Wow, another two-tier upgrade, that's pretty cool. I hope that Tycoon, Na-Go, and Buffa get to use Boost Mk. II/Laser Boost Mk. II, but even though they all have their own Supporter Rider, I have a feeling that this will be a Geats exclusive, since we found out about Boost Mk. II through hacked sounds. And it seems unlikely that they'll get a turn, since Boost Mk. II has such a clear kitsune motif. Such a shame, too, since they've been pretty good about showing the other Riders using the Buckles, too.

As for the reveal of the other Supporter Riders, I think it works. Since they're from the future, it definitely gives off the impression that they're not of our time if they're capable of changing shape so drastically like that. And maybe it speaks more about Ziin and his fondness for Riders that he's the only one that remotely resembles a traditional Rider. Not to mention that them being support means that they don't need to necessarily take away any attention from the main four.

Shame that it doesn't seem like Boost Mk. II can be used with the Laser Raise Raiser by itself. Would've been interesting to see it be used as an alternative barrel.

Tbh I wouldn't count Command as a two-tier upgrade since it's basically utilizing all the functions it has on first use. You just have to build up to it like a meter and it's fully been accessible since the start. While you could argue it is, it's definitely not like the prior two-tier upgrades we've had.

Mk II and Laser though is definitely more in line with Shining/Assault -> Primitive/Elemental -> Barrid/Volcano where you have a singular item, with an add-on item that adds to it further.

As for the Supporter Riders... apparently it's their "Ideal Self" so you know. I think that works nicely for why they are the way they are. Also who knows how far the term Kamen Rider has gone in the future, to the point where I bet Xiin being the only humanoid one is purely because he's so enamored with Ace.

Ziin's like the guy who plays human characters in D&D. I can respect that. Maybe he wants to feel closer to the contemporary Riders by using their image, while the other sponsors want to assert how advanced they are by distancing themselves from humans through their physical appearance.
