Are you sure about the Zangetsu being discolored I have Zangetsu Shin figuart for over a year since he came out and mine is fine. I don't remember seeing anyone with discolored but I know bad paint jobs and few of them have that. If you have photos of it discolored show me would like to see it for myself.

... I said "Zangetsu", not "Zangetsu Shin". Shin was molded in a flat, matte white plastic than the Armored Rider was, which, again, was molded in a pearlescent white plastic. Apples to oranges, so to speak.

Duke is a popular enough character that it MIGHT happen. Though I think that the Gaiden ones are slightly more likely due to reusing tooling and thus saving money on production, assuming they ever actually made tooling for the Apple-type Arms.

I'm fairly sure we'll see a Type Tridoron at the next show. I'll be surprised if we don't.

Well, I'm totally down for a Tyrant too really. I like his looks a lot. Wouldn't complain. Though whichever Dragon Energy they do first (if any) could easily lead to the other, so either is fine really.

Guess I wouldn't mind an Idunn too, more female Riders are always nice...for as meh as the Gaiden was, at least the Riders looked mostly ok.

I definitely want Knuckle's new form. I would even take them making Zangetsu/Baron and Duke/Knuckle 2-Packs for the Gaidens.

I really hope if they do a W renewal, we get a Skull retool and/or a Joker redeco. There's a lot of mileage in W's design, and though so far none of the renewals have had redecoes, they'd really miss out on two of the most popular uses.

Considering only the main form changes (LunaTrigger, HeatMetal, FangJoker, CycloneJokerXtreme) weren't exclusives and both the ones you listed were, it's kind of baseless to think otherwise if they were to happen.

Oh yeah, Jimber Marron would be great. I never cared for Gaim's Jimber Arms, but with Knuckle being black to begin with I think the colors lend themselves much better to it so the design as a whole is much stronger. Plus those Marron Bombers are pretty cool.

I'd defs be down for a Knuckle Jimber Marron Arms/Duke Lemon Arms 2 pack. A Watermelon Zangetsu and Ringo Baron pack would kill me though. I don't know if my drive to get every form of Kaito available would supersede my utter dislike of the Watermelon arms. Gah.

Well it use to be you could pay whenever, but they changed it up recently for web exclusives to where you have to pay up front if I remember correctly. However any retail release still maintains the pay whenever you want aspect.

Double was released back in the early days of Figuarts though and his alternate forms weren't all that popular, whereas people are still trying to get Joker and Skull today. If they were to release new versions, I imagine they'd have a better idea of what releases people care about.

Marika's is only my second one but already I am sick of Sonic Arrows. I will never understand why they only let the New Generation Riders have one weapon (it really is so weird, like if all the armored riders only got musou sabers), but I at least wish it had been something with more display options. Bows are tricky.

Fantastic figure otherwise, though. It's weird that despite her smaller feet she has an easier time balancing than just about any other Gaim figuarts I have, but I'm not complaining. She's great.

I hate that all the Energy Riders had Sonic arrows, plus Jinba Gaim had one. Plus Baron got one when he became an Energy Rider. It would've been okay if, maybe, just the first four got them. Or if it was just Baron's weapon and everyone else had different ones. But there should've been more Energy Weapons, like a sonic sword, or a sonic hammer. The minor Riders had more unique weapons.

I wonder if the extended life of the Sonic arrow was unexpected. Like how Lemon Energy was supposed to be a Baron upgrade, before it became Duke, then became and upgrade for him anyway. Or how Gridon and Zangetsu were initially marketted as part of the main cast despite one being seldom seen in armour, and the other barely seen at all.

As far as I understand the Sonic Arrow and Genesis Driver sold rather poorly. So they used them a lot in the show to get kids to buy them. Same why Baron got the Genesis Upgrade. He was very popular with kids and they could use him to market both toys to children that liked him.

And then Kurokage Shin and Jimber Marron got unique weapons so it's like what the hell was even the point. I don't think coming up with 4 more Arms weapons would have been so difficult or expensive. Zangetsu especially since a melon weapon already existed. They just had to soda it up.

Sigurd would have looked so cool with some bolas...

I mean, I'm not saying they couldn't have used the Sonic Arrows still. They're fine. They're pretty much the equivalent of the Musou Saber in that it's both a melee and ranged weapon in the colors of the Driver that is used by more than one Rider. Of course only Gaim and Zangetsu used those (for some reason) but they were classier looking than the arrows, and, most importantly, didn't take the place of the Daidaimaru and Melon Defender. They were just, something extra. They could have easily done the same with the New Generation Riders and the arrows.

Now that I think about it, they could've made unqiue weapons, I mean look at Jimba Knuckles.

The show explanation is simply that the energy locks are so strong that it sacrifices arms weapons. Exception (nuts) Matsubokkuri Energy and Marron Energy. May have something to do with the fact that they're synthetic instead of natural like the normal lockseeds.

Kurokage and Jimber Marron have the benefit to come into the shows canon at a point where Bandai didnt need to sell any more Gaim toys. So they could do with them what they wanted.

Except Lemon Energy pretty explicitly was NEVER planned to be Baron's upgrade up until the last minute. Mango was supposed to be his only upgrade (what is it with shorting seconds so badly?), he got Lemon Energy because Kaito was extremely popular and they need to find a way to a) move more product and b) throw something together fast.
