Yeah, Magearna is one of the few event Pokémon that have your character's name and ID as if you caught it in game so you can rename it.

Just so people know. Synchronize does work on Magearna. I used a Timid Kadabra and got a Timid Magearna every time I reset for better distributed IVs.

I also like how you can now nickname event Pokémon. Don't know what to nickname Magearna but when I can think of something, I'll change it.

Wally's appearance in this game confuses me. He still looks like a kid despite his game of origin taking place at least 10 years prior to Sun/Moon.

I guess he's just very very short?

So the Tapu's are getting annoying as hell to catch, guess that's karma for my insane luck of catching Deoxys with a single ultra ball back in Omega Ruby... On the plus side I found Type:Null and that Magearna event is going on now. :lol

I was honestly having pretty good luck catching the legendaries in the game...and then Tapu Fini popped up. That was as annoying as trying to capture friggen Mewtwo.

I'm still trying to get a Fini; I may just refight the League if that would help me get another shot.

Any idea when Magearna is released in the UK? Everywhere says 'today', bur it's almost 5:30pm at this point, and still nothing.

I was surprised Anticipation actually activated with my Sylveon's Fighting type Hidden Power. Is that new for this gen? Bulbapedia said it counted HP as Normal...Convenient, though.

Yeah, that's no problem. You need a HA one? I hatched a Timid female one with 5 perfect IVs (and 0 in Attack) but it has I think Adaptability. Though I'm breeding a bunch others.

Bold Female please. No need for HA, Hydration isn't good now that Rain isn't constant. And I doubt I'd run "The Watery" alongside "The Storm" the Primal Kyogre.

HA would be nice for "The Dash" the Espeon though. Magic Bounce is always good.

Well, I can provide the Eevee, but honestly I don't feel up for breeding for a different Nature as I'm kind of preoccupied with my own stuff. Breeding your own shouldn't be too difficult though.

Also, man, I really miss Super Training. If for no other reason than that the lower screen for it was the perfect way to keep track of how many eggs I had.

Whoopee! I caught Totodile in a Beast Ball! Sadly it doesn't have a Hidden Ability. I also originally wanted it in a Lure Ball but I could never catch it in it.

I'm now the owner of a Carchomp; one of the most feared Pokemon in the metagame.
