They shipped my order Saturday. I ordered five figures that were each the size of Figuarts or somewhat larger, and the shipping was about 1880 SAL. It felt like that was cheap from what I've read.

Mandarake has given me nothing but trouble. I'm black-listed now because I wouldn't pay a bill after they messed up an order three times, refused to admit their mistake, and then tried to bill me for the incorrect items anyway. Afterward (when I was still trying to explain the problem so they could correct my order and I could pay) they told me to "go bother some other company". Excellent customer service from those guys :/

I'd be lying if I tried to remember...though the order had about three items so it was probably multiple stores. This was close to a year ago.

No offense, but if you ordered from multiple stores, then really that's on you. They don't combine orders from multiples store locations. How was the order "messed up" exactly? Were you under the impression they would put those orders together rather than make you pay for them separately? I'd just like to know I guess since I've always had good experiences there.

Aside from the Christmas snafu Mandarake has possibly been the greatest toy resource I've ever had. More than half my collection came from them. And I've never had a serious issue in all honesty. Again it took them a few weeks to get me that order confirm at Christmas. But once they did it arrived a couple days later just as promised. My experience with their customer service has been nothing but positive. They've even orchestrated returns for some expensive items from me before that were damaged on arrival. Hell they gave me a FREE DX Daikaioh once because the one I bought had been broken and poorly repaired.

Heck they even say on the site that they only combine items if they are ordered from the same store and to make sure you order from the same store if you want combined shipping.Still unless you were being obnoxious banning you seems harsh.

I've only ordered from Mandarake twice, but my experience has been positive.

If you do too many order cancellations, or don't pay (cancel) too many orders without notifying them why, they'll ban you. But that's in their rules so that should be expected. Generally if you follow their rules and have an issue, contacting them resolves it with out any problems at all.

On any of these sites is there one that doesn't charge ridiculous for shipping?
