Kaito’s dad, Isao, is rumoured to be Daijiro Kawaoka (Souji and Sou Otogiri in Kamen Rider Decade and Nossan’s dead brother-in-law in Kyoryuger).

Meanwhile, his mother Mitsuko is rumoured to be Marie Kai (Chiyoko Shiraishi and Hitomi Maki in Kamen Rider OOO)

Yes indeed. I actually have two diagrams to show you that tell you what part belonged to which villain (they’re both pretty close, with the only disagreement being where Eras goes). There was a third, but I dismissed that as being reliable when it identified Gengetsu Kibaoni’s horns as being from Long.
