emu doesnt need surgery, he just needs to inject himself with another bugster host with the bugvisor to reactivite his powers which is what im believing is probably poppy, since she has the bugvisor and they are always together which makes sense because they trust each other.

I'm still wondering why no medical simulation video game or medical simulation Gashat in Kamen Rider Ex-Aid.

It will be interesting if one of strongest Gashat based on medical simulation video game.

I think it will be really interesting too if Brave has surgeon-themed Gashat (maybe the Gashat name is Master Surgeon Gashat) and his form is Kamen Rider Brave Surgeon Gamer Level 999.

lol the only possible V-Cinema I see for now for Ex-Aid is Snipe if he is not getting another upgrade in-series.
Maybe Paradox may get a V-Cinema as well since a character like Heart got one? xD

They were both villains but ended up working together with the protagonists due a common enemy.

Given that Brave, Snipe, Lazer and Genm have all had specials in one way or another, I'd imagine the V-Cinema will be an hour-long one for Para-DX, like Chaser and Spectre.

I'd like to see a Nico V-cinema personally, with a proper rider form for her. Maybe they could bump Snipe to something above level 50 in that too, a la Necrom in Specter Rebirth.

Could also make sense to give Para-DX one where he gets a "doctor gamer" form. He gives Emu gamer powers, Emu gives him doctor powers kinda thing.

First cour V-Cinemas seem reserved for actual main Riders, though, so if there is one, at this point, it will be Para-DX. If there's a second cour, like Duke/Knuckle Gaiden, or Mach/Heart Saga, then maybe I could see one...but seeing as one of them would likely be Poppy, the other'd likely be Graphite - if anyone else is becoming a proper Rider...simply because Bandai/Toei wouldn't think boys'd buy a Kamen Rider film featuring just two girls.

I mean don't get me wrong, I'd love to see Nico get her own Gamer driver and unique Gashat too, but...it's highly unlikely. I'm personally thankful they let her be the main Ride Player, tbh.

I am very interested to see what comes of this, as I wasn't expecting to see any new gashats until post-series stuff started getting announced. I've heard speculation this will split Genm into Action and Zombie Gamers, which I could see them doing, but I don't see what the doctor theme has to do with that. And since we now know the Mighty Brothers were only possible due to Parad, I don't know if it makes sense for Genm to be able to suddenly do the same.

I could see it being used as a finisher only thing for the series and being a power up proper for Genm or Para-Dx in a Gaiden, though if anyone really needs a last minute/Gaiden power-up, it's Snipe.

It's XX and has two Mightys on the cover. Given recent events, it's clearly a gashat for Emu/Parado.

Lazer has white Rider Gashat in his Gamer Driver. It seems he uses unfinished version of Doctor Mighty XX Gashat because this Gashat lack of sticker.

I can't exactly understand japanese but from what I've read from other people, part of the interview says that True Ending takes place one year after the series.

I don't know about a year but I've heard from a few different people that True Ending is indeed just an epilogue (apparently even spoiling the episodes that haven't aired yet?) and not any crazy alternate universe thing.

On one hand that's definitely for the best since it seems kind of silly to have a "fake" ending to the show, but on the other hand it's sort of disappointing given how coy Toei was being about the whole thing. Would it have been that hard to just say "We're using the movie as an epilogue this year"?

At any rate, this makes the thought of waiting for it a lot more bearable.

They did. Literally since the movie was announced, they've stated over and over that it's "the True Ending, broadcast early", and that it takes place at the end of the series. At no point were they coy about it.

The alternate timeline bit was a thing started by fans for reasons that were never clear to me, with literally nothing supporting it. And now those same fans are acting surprised that the movie is exactly what they marketed it as. It's....it's upsetting. Not saying you were one of them of course, you seem like you were genuinely unaware.

To be fair, it IS pretty unprecedented for the ending of a show to come out, you know, before the show ends. Perhaps this is just Yuuya Takahashi's final and ultimate way of showing how thoroughly planned out Ex-Aid was. He just straight up wrote the finale before the final episodes. :lol

"Whispers of Ryuki" and "the way the movie looks will gradually change as the show airs" sound pretty coy to me, or at least contradictory to "it's just the ending, okay?".

"The ending, broadcast early" has always made me think of the way Blade: Missing Ace played, too. Otherwise it's like if Blade actually ended the way Missing Ace showed straight-up. It's just a disappointing thing to do.

They specifically said it was different than Ryuki's movie. I suppose part of the confusion could have sprung from vague translations on stuff like that though.

And I mean, the show is what's leading up to the movie, of course watching it is going to give you further context for the movie. Maybe it was a little vaguer than I'm giving it credit for but I'm sorry, I honestly don't see how anyone got "alternate timeline" out of any of that.

Like I said, Missing Ace. Spoiling the show's ending in a movie that looks like it could take place in the middle of the series is such a disappointing thing to happen that most people just don't see it in the cards.
I don't think anyone thought they said it would be an alternate timeline, just that an alternate timeline was an inevitability. That's how my train of thought went anyway.

I think it comes solely from the connotations of the title itself in a video game context. Usually such a thing implies branching paths, like a "Normal End" or a "Bad End"; a "Good End" for doing exceptionally well is often considered the "True Ending."

Ex-Aid being video game themed, people interpreted the expression in video game terms rather than literally.

Something I just thought about regarding Gemdeus and Gemdeus Machina is that they remind me of the Soul bosses from Kirby which if you didn't know are stronger recolors of the final bosses fought in the True Arena.
