Ok went on Netflix USA and found out they added digimon Tamers subbed uncut as season three of digimon adventure subbed anime

Yay more DISK Wars episodes are out, so time for episode four. The best part of this episode was how Barton had bigger biceps than his actual head. HNNNG that quality animation!

Although it doesn't give us anything with any real depth, I at least appreciate that the show tries to explore the DISKs as much as a concept as a novelty. Just because you're a walking toy advert, shouldn't mean that you can't also have fun while doing it, and do that in a meaningful way.

Still though, for all the interesting stuff built around the DISKs, it seemed to drain anything interesting relating to the characters. Why would Fury not recognise the senator of the organisation that ran SHIELD? Stark was so unnecessarily antagonistic he was a parody of himself and Akira is the worst kind of brat to have to follow around.

I absolutely love Hawkeye, so seeing him get to be really badass (albeit freakishly proportioned) was a lot of fun for me, it's just a shamed he eventually bowed out to give Thor spotlight. I mean he's still badass as well, but in my mind Hawkeye > Thor. Meanwhile Spider-Man is being handled horribly, he feels a lot like Yusuke from Decade at this point, despite the fact that in many ways, he's doing better than most of the heavy hitters as he hasn't been caught in a DISK yet.

Sadly the generally shit animation undermines a lot of the more exciting creative decisions in this series. Did it cost so much to get the Marvel licence that they had no money left to animate this? Like I say I'm enjoying this series, but if you haven't already seen Earth's Mightiest Heroes, go watch that instead.

From the first I watched, I thought spiderman's head looked real odd in that one close up. Like someone had run over his mask with a steam roller or he just ironed it or something.

Just something about it made the costume not look right.

My favourite is where his eyes aren't even lined up properly. AH FUCK THEY CHANGE IN EVERY FRAME.

The animation is so all over the place in the show that I look forward to just how silly it can get each episode :lol

I think Hawkeye took it to new lengths though. Just wow :lol

It was like every part of him was proportioned for a different character. From the tiny head, to the ridiculously long torso to the HUGE muscles.

Woot episode 13 of Ao No Exorcist time in less than a minute than after that, episode 9 of Black Lagoon, I shall report to you guys what I think when my computer logs back on at 2:00 PM EST :lol.

Wow, that is bad, really bad.

Not only are the eyes off but the spider on the chest has moving legs.

Spiderman looks too rubbery lol.
