So I'm moving stuff around my house and I was wondering if what is the best way to pack away my figuarts? Putting them back in their boxes would take too long, is there another way to do it safely without breaking them?

Ghost looks amazing. My favorite part is the compound effect on the helmets. Very cool.

Maybe it's just me or are those the figuart Den-O thighs on the Ghost figuarts?

If you're packing them away for a long time and still have their original boxes, I would definitely recommend putting them back in the boxes.

Other than that, I always use a ziplock bag, or some packing paper. If you have a shoebox or a container of a similar size, you can put all your figures together. Always store the accessories separately.

Besides, don't the Den-O ones use the old 'drop-down' hip joints?

I'm getting my walls painted, so I put them in a shoebox and use bubble wrap to keep them safe. They are going to be in there for like a day or two. Thanks for your help.

I'm glad at least some people are getting Protodrive for decent prices. The one I snapped up off Mandarake the week before was 5500 as well, just arrived yesterday. I'll pry it open when my Dark Flame Effects show up, which should be tomorrow.

Agreed. If you must, put them in a box, preferably a plastic bin with lock lid. And you can store the accessories in another plastic box, like a adjustable segment box. You can find those at like a Target or The Container Store, local or online. Best of luck.

Hey, I found something I think is cool on eBay. As I was looking, I ran into the old Magno from Saban's Masked Rider. Must've forgotten about that. Best part: it talks! Bet the SHF doesn't do that....although if it did, most of us wouldn't understand it. :p

Hmmm...I just received notices from Nippon Yasan that the March TWE stuff I'd preordered (SHF Super Deadheat & other stuff) has its payment date as this month (the 23rd) instead of next month, so four months ahead instead of three. I looked up the website listings and the order deadline is listed as the 24th. Kind of annoying, considering I'd been banking on the three-month part and paying those off in December instead.

That sucks. NY still has them, but they're 8000 Yen :(

I'll definitely order my Lord Baron at Toku Taku. I have my last order with NY in January so now is the perfect time to switch over.

You'll have time until the order deadline, which usually is three months before release, but since Tamashii now made a deadline 4 months in advance... I guess December should be fine. And even if not, try Toku Taku, he might still have pre-orders open by then.

Oh my god! After an order for a ProtoDrive got cancelled last night, I saw another one that was up on Mandarake for hours. Order confirmed!

And got my paycheck in, so paid for him! $58 with DHL? Not bad ^_^. Can't wait to have ProtoDrive in hand! :D

Yup. I wish they'd just offer a set rule for any orders with TWE items of "you can pay 'later,' but we will ask you for payment no more than three months before the first TWE item is set to release (regardless of the actual order deadline)" so people could have a firm idea of when they will have to pay for stuff. No having to guess when payment will be due if the web shop changes things up again. I know this was discussed a lot when the changes were made, and I know TN upping the order deadline isn't helping them here, but getting a little over a week's notice to pay for March's stuff is still frustrating.

NY is just... well.. I saw they underpriced the new SHF Garo figure, so I ordered it. They didn't give me any notice, just cancelled, but also didn't change their price. It was pretty bizarre. Then I had a March item ordered.. which they sent me an email stating I needed to pay for it. Haha, two lefts do make right! So I won't be using them anymore for anything. I rarely use them, but I'm tired of their erratic behavior and policies.

I feel rather annoyed with NY. My recent "Pay Later" pre orders end up not being Pay later. Its more like order now and get ready to pay in he next month even though whats being ordered is 3-6 months away. I have one more order with them that I need to pay in full. I'll pay that next pay day.

Me too. I watch some of it, out of obligation to MMPR. I gues my memory is bad, or it's the aforementioned MMPR nostalgia, but I thought it was....ok. Even saw the teamup with the footage I assume was used from RX, when he met the Legendary Showa Riders. But man....they mangled those names..... We should all rematch that.....just for laughs.

I absolutely loved Masked Rider as a kid, there was something about it. It's probably one of my main reasons I love Kamen Rider. Ah cool.

So I just got the Shining Agito figure and one of it's knee pads keeps popping out, is there a way to glue it in or something? Because one of my other Agito figuarts do the same lol.

All Rider knee pads peg into the knee, so all you gotta do is dab a tiny bit of super glue onto the peg and then slip it back in. A couple of my Riders had knee pads that would pop easier than they should, so that's what I did.
