I don't think so, and I have exactly the same problem. Its a bit disappointing that the ranger key sets themselves don't come with the sixth keys where applicable.

Bandai. I swear on the cheap plastic you pass off as toys; If you sell the Gosei Headers seperetely, instead of as a three pack, I will hunt each one responsable for the decision. Silly, Sentai, you should know that BoA will probably just make only the ones that come with the Zords. And of those, only the ones that need to be moved for Megazord mode will be removable.

The Ranger key line has definitely been a disappointment. Considering it's been going for 2 years, if they planned it properly, they could have easily gotten every ranger out by now. Instead, it looks like we're done and the gashpon releases didn't even finish out the collection.

There could still be a big premium set released that finishes everything, but I'd hate to see the price tag on something like that.

No. They'll all come off. They have to for megazord mode. The hands for Seaick, the feet for Landick, and the head has to move for Dragon's zord mode.

On the subject of Ranger Keys, it's good that we finally completed the Reds with the Ranger Key Set SP. However, as you can see on the photo below, Change Dragon (Changeman) is missing the gold highlights on his helmet (and those stood out the most on the show) and Mega Red (Megaranger) is missing the colored squares on his chest. At least Bandai did a good job on Red One (Bioman).
