But that's a Japanese word. Why on Earth(or specifically, in America) would they say something like that? The only reason they specifically say that in Sentai is because Sentai is in Japanese. Power Rangers is not.

I always assumed it wouldn't be anything like Gokaiger , but rather be a guy who belts out "MIGHTY MORPHIN POWER RANGER"....."POWER RANGERS ZEO"...."POWER RANGER TURBO!" etc etc.

I don't give a flying pirate ship. I would love, just once, if even the samurai dorks said "Henshin" instead of Go Go Samurai. Yes, I know it's japanese. But saying it can't be in the show because it's a japanese word is just.. stupid. I'm sorry. But it's just stupid. Alot of japanese words are in american kids television, and american television in general. It would be a wonderful nod to the original sentai series, and to fans of both Sentai and Kamen Rider.

No, I'm sorry but it's stupid. "Go go Samurai" is a dumb roll call, but keeping a Japanese word for the sake of "it sounds cool" is even dumber. It has no special meaning or relevance other than the fact its been adopted as some sort of amazing catchphrase which some fans get pissy about when its translated correctly as "transform".

There are plenty of better ways to homage the source material.
