Encouraging Wizard Haruto doesn't contradict that goal, since Wizard Haruto mostly just prevents the Phantoms from being created - it's fairly rare for him to stop the Gates from losing all hope altogether. That would also explain why Wiseman didn't want the Gates flat out killed. You'd think if Wiseman didn't want new Wizards, that after it became clear he wasn't getting a new Phantom he'd just have the Gate killed so any possibility of them becoming a Wizard would die with them. It's a stretch, but there may be more we haven't learned yet. |
It's a stretch but it's an awesome one. I love that theory.

Then why does the Phantoms obey him ?
|
They're not very bright.

That would be quite a twist, actually. I like that idea.

Well it's the episode a lot of people wanted. An episode with Haruto getting ass handed to him.

So, on the Wiseman subject, I still think Wiseman is related to the police somehow. Maybe the highest ranking one. Maybe Wiseman is Haruto's father reborn as a Phatom. He can still be White Wizard to though I can go eitherway on them being one and the same.
Maybe it's all of the above. Haruto's father was reborn as the White Wizard aka Wismen Rider and then became police chief to help his goal. |

Incase you couldn't tell, I think this whole theory about Wiseman being every elusive character on this show is ridiculous(though the other Rider series I've seen(Den-O, Ryuki, Kabuto) aren't exactly laden with complex villains... who aren't riders). |
I got it.
Haruto is the White Wizard, who used the Time Ring to give himself his belt. |
