Loved the first episode, interesting to see the others aid him and not reveal their identities to him. Gonna love this show :)

Was it as bad as that english guy congratulating Kai for getting the balloon from the first episode of MagiRanger while he was eating?

I have never understood why Toei will get these English speakers to speak in the most slowest monotone voices ever. In fact, half of the time, any English speaker seems to speak English much poorer than a Japanese actor speaking English.

Hey those white american actors aren't nearly as awful as the Japanese actors in black face during the scenes with Daigo. That was pretty bad Toei.

I wonder if it's like it used to be for old Kung-Fu flicks and they just rounded up whoever spoke English from Government House and had done with it. :)

That said, KyoryuPink's English? Adorable. :) I watched the raw yet again just now and I can't get over how much fun this show is. The notion of combining batteries, dinosaurs, and samba is the kind of thing that would usually get one committed, but it worked here.

Well considering overtime just put out another episode of Yoshihiko we know how they're using valuable time for Kyoryuger :( Should be out tomorrow or so though.

No subs is probably because it is the first episode, which always takes longer due to the fresh translations for songs and character names and such.

Anyway, I got impatient and watched the raw. It wasn't bad, but I was expecting a lot more comedy than it had since it was said it was going to be comedic. I did like when the one villain started to drool over the pink ranger's color. The opening theme was pretty good, but the ending theme was just awful. Their dancing did not fit at all with the music, and they seemed to be energetic while the song seemed to be low key. I am definitely going to have to watch this thing subbed though, because this is the first Sentai episode in years that I have not been able to follow all that well raw. Finally, I will say I am tired of seeing red rangers be a T-Rex. This is the third time now and it is redundant. They could have at least went with either a Raptor or a Spinosaurus if they had to go for a carnivore. At least they didn't make blue a triceratops again.

All in all, not a bad premier, but I was expecting a little bit more. Nevertheless, I look forward to the subbed version.

Agreed. I was hoping Red would be Spinosaurus the moment dinos were confirmed

Considering they went way out of their safe zone and gave Pink the Triceratops this time I'm actually surprised that Reds' first mecha is a T-Rex. Though if you look at the upcoming batteries he's definitely going to get at least one other main mecha that's not a T-Rex. But still
