To be fair, when has that ever really played a factor in their casting decisions? I mean just look at Dom as Rhino Ranger in Jungle Fury. Now, I'm not saying that he was overweight, but he damn sure wasn't any where near as slender as the suit actor. It looked odd, and it took me out of it the first time I saw it, but I eventually got over it.

Now as far as this whole Jordan as Silver thing goes, he defiantly will not be. But it isn't because of his figure, it's because we already know a bunch of the possible Silvers from casting, and those auditions were near the end of Dec. I highly doubt they refilmed such an early S1 episode after the fact just to establish him. He's just a throwaway character.
