What was Troy's character again? Because you're right, Gray is such a dull actor, that any character bits are just silenced by the delivery of "Do you see any tears?".

He is a new kid in town, immediately thrown into a battle with aliens and he is then turned into a Power Ranger and given a leadership position on a team of established friends.

I don't blame Saban for not going into that and expanding it, I blame Nick for restricting the show that need's to incorporate 50 episodes of a Japanese children's' show to just two 20 episode segments spread over the course of 2 years.
Is 30-35 episodes really to many for Nickelodeon to handle?

Of course it is, they have 50 million spongebob episodes to show a day :lol

I think you need at least forty episodes to have a satisfying season.

When Kalish took over the seasons started to get shorter and shorter and none of them were very satisfying as a result. I mean I loved Jungle Fury for example but at thirty two episodes it was nauseating at times with how much it was rushing past.

To answer some questions in this thread:

1) How are they going to incorporate the Mobirates?

We've already seen images of the "Megaforce" suits fighting "Super Megaforce" monsters, along with the "Megaforce" suits with the "Super Megaforce" Silver Ranger. There's a few images out there of what looks like a "test-run" before filming the actual scene where actors in "Megaforce" suits are doing the "Gokai Change!" pose from "Gokaiger", which was the henshin call and pose for that Sentai season.

2) Are they dropping the Goseiger suits altogether?

No, see above.

3) How is Saban going to incorporate the whole thing?

We're not quite sure. We know that the "Legendary Heroes" finished filming the "Mega War" at the end of May. Whether that LEADS off Super Megaforce, or ENDS Super Megaforce, is up in the air. If you remember, the "Legend War" in Gokaiger actually happened *BEFORE* the Gokaigers arrived, as it featured the Goseiger team leading the battle.

My guess?

The season *ENDS* with the "Mega War", because the actual way that Gokaiger ended, storyline wise, would most likely not be used in the Power Rangers adaption (the Gokaigers destroyed the "Ultimate Treasure in the Universe" and chose to fight off the Zangyack Empire because they couldn't bare to destroy the power of the 34 Sentai teams because Earth needs the Super Sentai).

As for the explanation of Ranger Keys, various powers, etc, no one has a firm answer right now. All we know is that:

1) There will be no special keys created in-show for Titanium Ranger or the Spirit Master Jungle Fury Rangers (Green Elephant, Black Bat, Blue Shark)
2) Titanium Ranger (suit) is in the Legendary War
