Actually there is going to be a SIC Shin. Artwork has already been shown off of Shin. He'll most likely be the last pre-heise rider to be produced but it looks like it is happening.

All you need to know about Shin is:

1) The henshin scene and finisher scene of the movie are by a large margin the best parts of the movie. If this was The Guyver and not Kamen Rider every fan would love these scene.

2) The rest of the movie varies from "more boring than Wizard" to "WTF is wrong with you people?!" (not including what was mentioned in 1). This is why the movie is garbage. Not because of grim dark, but because the plot is boring and finally just throws it out the window.

3) Shotaro Ishinomori makes a cameo. You can't miss him or his hair.

4) and finally: Kamen Rider Fetus. It fights a guard from WITHIN the womb. That exists people. It's also the true nightmare fuel of this movie.
