I feel like I should say... my other group (PMLG-Fansubs) is about to begin a Spanish scrub of Goranger. (basically Bad Apple's but a bit retimed and translated into Spanish) If anyone would like to see that, the link to episode 1 will be posted as soon as we're done on the Goranger page at pmlg-fansubs.wix.com/pmlg-fansubs.

I'm just bumping this to ask what a fair few people are wondering: Why did Bad Apple up and close shop? I know at least one or two members are on this forum, so I wanted to ask directly.

Being a QC for Bad Apple, I guess I should state why Bad Apple is officially gone.

Pastxmas, or Daita Oiwa, had asked the rest of the group members for help, and I honestly tried my best, but he said this:

As a result [of the lack of help], the project is now behind and I am seriously considering stopping, because I just can't find reliable people who care about it enough to help.

So don't worry about helping. I'll make due on my own, and when it becomes too much for me to handle, I will pull the plug.

Man thats a bummer. I was really looking forward to watching that show :(

Bad Apple got farther in Goranger then anyone I've ever seen.

Let's hope that he's still releasing episodes, even if slowly.

I don't think so, the obvious problems of it being difficult as well as most sub groups doing way too much projects at once make it a very slim chance of happening...
