As for the identity of this new rider..it's hard to say since there's two theories I'm thinking sound plausible.

Ryoma: Combined the data from the Yoma and Kiwami lockseeds to make this new one. Plus the visor looks a lot like Ryoma's reguar Lemon Energy form.

Sagara: Helheim is and has always been the main threat in Gaim, and now that we know Sagara literally IS Helheim it makes sense he could be a final villain, or one to test Kouta one last time.

Plus then the name makes a bit more sense. DJ. JAM. DJ BRING THE JAMS.

I think this might actually be Micchy's final stage of corruption, since Jam is equipped with a Sengoku driver and not a Genesis Driver, which Ryouma has been using up to this point. It's probably not Kaito, since I fear that he's going to die very shortly after his Overlord conversion.

Then again, Ryouma made them and might have one last Sengoku Driver laying around...after the Yomi Lockseed, it wouldn't exactly surprise me.

The design is alright. As for the name, Jam seems fine to me. It works with the dancing theme. What I'm confused about is why Ryoma would use a Sengoku Driver instead of making an energy lock seed. I'm assuming they didn't want to bother engineering a new one and it'll never be explained.

Can't be since both the Ryugen suit actor and Jam Suit actor are standing side by side in this leaked photo awhile ago.

I'd say it's supposed to be the Kiwami suit actor and they're putting his get up together...but since that cape isn't black and red...I dunno, maybe Sagara in some weird get up or something?
