yeah but Hikawa will fight monsters without his suit and will use that high powered gun after he got beat up pretty hard, and HIT! and he even took on a monster with just an extendable baton. no suit. like a badass.

and he's JUST A MAN!

mad respect for Skull, but Hikawa fits everything I like.

I wouldn't say Drive is a police-themed motif Rider. He's a part of the Special Investigations Unit of the police department, but he's a car-themed Rider.
