Rising Ultimate was BS, simply becaue Ultimate was already freakishly strong and is stated as the greatest power. It is technically impossible for this form to even exist. But then again... it's an invention made for Decade, so of course it would be BS.

Haha, I guess the strongest rider out there is not Gaim kiwami or Hyper Kabuto, or Drive tridoron, but its this monster instead, normal punch and kick power rated close to 100 ton, wow, i dont know about rising ultimate kick, i cant imagine the power anymore, Kuuga rising ultimate > all riders, thumbs up!

Well, now that I think about it, can't Gaim just make a backup of himself and come back every time he is defeated?

Let's see:
- Stronger's charge-up requires you to be a human tesla coil pretty much so no thanks. I like my hands just the way they are.

- Ultimate has a high possibility of making you evil so no thanks.

- Shining requires you to be a human volcano so no thanks. Plus, you need to also survive a rainstorm on a boat and get your memory lost for a good period of time.

- Survive sucks if you don't have a mirror.

- Blaster? Do I really want to gamble my life away for a shot at being a walking feature phone?

- King Form? Last thing I want to be doing after gaining immortality is get chased by a piece of slate and cockroaches.

- Armed? Seriously, catching and using a Jigglypuff would be super effective.

- Hyper. Tempting, but it looks like a glorified pager and is of no use if you don't have a zector at all. And zectors are the ultimate tsunderes who are stuck-up and are virtually mechanical snobs.

- Liner. Good thing is that the fairy tale themed apparitions are kicked out and stuffed into a sword. The bad part is that it's Plat Form 2.0... Yeah.

- Emperor. Not likely since I am not a fangire and that bat would kill me if he sank his teeth into my hand.

- Complete. This probably gets my vote but does not because I don't want Narutaki chasing me around like a groupie.

- CJX. Where's Phil?

- Putotyra. I probably could do more damage with an evangelion.

- Cosmic. Goku's spirit bomb is more tempting.

- Infinite. Too risky. I have to ALMOST DESPAIR so I can transform into an expensive ring pop? No thanks.

- Kiwami. Too many responsibilities taking care of digimon rejects and playing farm games on a distant universe.

- Type Trideron. I probably would get motion sickness.


Okay, enough complaining from me.
I probably would have to go with Stronger's charge-up because it's simple and I can probably generate my own electricity and save up a lot of money when it comes to electric bills.

I think you missed the bit where Charge-Up kills you if you don't use up all the excess electricity within 30 seconds.

Huh? Sunred has actually focused on the downsides of every single power up in kamen rider then complained about it. Kinda like cinemasins does except sun has good reasons for the majority.

Anywho, I would say either kiwami arms or putotyra are best in my book. Kiwami arms because I can become a freaking god and putotyra well who doesn't want dinosaur powers and also I like it's design.
