I hope the $200 is just BigBadToystore trying to make an extra profit, because that thing should be $100 compared to other legacy items. That Red Dragon Thunderzord better be something good.

Yikes. The defeatist side of me says we're in the zero hour of a BoA conspiracy. They clearly want to ensure that non-season 1 merch doesn't sell so they can justify making life-size gold-plated SDCC exclusive JDF busts or whatever they think is a good idea lately.
But let's hope it's not come to that just yet.

If it is shipping one to a case, then how huge is this thing? I wonder how much bigger than the Megazord it will be.

$200? Christ, that's like 275 Australian bucks and there's still shipping on top of that. That's disappointing.

Lets spend a bunch of money on making a product and then intentionally price it high so we could lose money. That makes a lot of sense. And JDF is in on this conspiracy because I need to make stuff up to justify my hate for him.

Am I the only one who's not at all surprised by the price?

1.)Legacy Megazord was cheap because it was 2010 rehash, and isn't of the same quality of the proceeding legacy zords.
2.)Thunder Megazord was more complex/expensive than the original Megazord.
3.)Legacy Dragonzord and Tigerzord were $80, and a lot less complex than even the original Megazord. You may think there wasn't that big a difference between the prices of the originals, but Dragonzord and Tigerzord had electronics and 8" figures to pad the price. They'd have ended up costing about half the price of the Megazords if you removed those elements.

So when factoring everything together I expected $150 - $200 depending on whether they cut corners or not. For $200 I assume they went all out, so that should make people happy when more is revealed.

$200 for a Zord Builder? Wow, is Bandai America that desperate?

I'd hate to see the prices of Tor and Serpenterra would end up being.

Judging from the reactions, it looks like it'll be myself and just a small handful of people getting this :(
