I don't think a Gaim Gaiden 3 is going to be made. To much time has past already.

Knuckle is actually a Japanese Rider--his Rider wear is the same type as Gaim, Zangetsu and Kurokage. Actually, it's basically literally Kurokage's, helmet aside. The Kurumi Arms don't really get that across, but if we're talking about Knuckle himself, yeah, his design is Japanese.
