Something like that pretty much depends on the imagination of the creator and how they'd use props, cg, and other techniques for it. If you just hold something and need CG, the only thing you'd need to do is watch the foam armor/weapons tutorial video so you can learn how to make the shape of the object you want to use for the henshin.

But if you want it to have a gimmick, that's where you get into toy design, which this series isn't really designed for just yet. We might cover that later on though.
