Yay, more Skyrider. It took me awhile to warm up to it, but I've really come to love this show. Even when it's just Hiroshi and his supporting cast without any guest stars.

Yes you do have me covered. I am loving this. After getting to see the Century Kings subs of Black I was afraid I'd be screwed going any further back Showa era-wise. But Skyrider and the original series have been fantastic thanks to you guys. Now I absolutely cannot wait to pick up the Skyrider Figuart in march. Thank you again!

Just had time to sit down and watch the episode. I love the baton girl; it's like Toei were actively thinking "what can we do to make a Rider girl look even more pathetic and useless?" :lol

Really enjoying the original Kamen Rider series; many thanks for the subs!! This may have been answered elsewhere, but how many more will there be after the initial 24?

Err, sorry, I meant will there be more subs of the episodes; will they do all of them, or are they just subbing a couple after the first 24?

I haven't heard anything to indicate they don't plan to do the remaining 74 episodes.

I'm glad we won someone over. I thought I would be the only person excited for that Figuarts!

I was just thinking that last episode. When they attacked the bad guys and got captured... You were attacking them with an aluminum baton. What did you expect?!

We started in April of last year (for the original Kamen Rider, that is) So in that time we've been able to release 24 episodes, thanks to the hard work of our entire team and all of the help we get from our friends along the way. There would be no reason to stop there. Our initial goal was to finish AT LEAST the first half of the series. But we're committed to finishing as much as we can.

That said, if you check the project status on our blog, you can see that we start working on new episodes all of the time. I just finished a rough draft for episode 33 a few weeks ago, and I'll have the rough draft for 34 finished soon!

Last night we release Kamen Rider Skyrider, episode 25!
This episode is hard to describe without spoiling too much of what makes it so good. But trust me, it's insane. There's so much insanity going on throughout this episode, that by the time it starts to turn dark, you haven't even noticed it. And then it just hits you out of nowhere what you've just witnessed.

It's also a great episode that explores Hiroshi's character (and all 70's era superheroes, for that matter) as being so kindhearted that they border on naive. It's common to see this trope subverted these days, with shows like Venture Bros. and such, but it was a new concept for a fun kid's show in that era.
