It's not even like an OOO driver. This is a spiraled rock with a circle cut in it.
Come on, they could've at least given it some random tron lines or some shit to make it feel techy and alien, or at least give it some kind of flair to make it scream "Transformation device" of some kind.

The Morpher is honestly the best one of the bunch. The imprint of prehistoric creatures on the coins is an obvious though nice touch. The sword doesn't scream "Power Blaster Component" at all! It looks like the arm blade from Metalder! If this is the DELUXE T-Rex, "Merge-with-other-individually-released-Zords-and-build-Megazord", then I hope Bandai does the Hasbro thing and gives us multiple toy versions of the same character. Earlier, I said it looked like the Xenomorph from Alien. Now, I think it looks more like the Graboids with legs from the second Tremors!!!! AND THAT IS NOT NECESSARILY A GOOD THING!!!!!

But this isn't Zoids (Who had a specific aesthetic for their cockpits, anyway)

After looking at the Trex zord, it looks like it may have a similar transformation to the Dino charge Trex zord. In the way where the front of the Megazord is the side of the Trex.

At least Bay's Grimlock looked like a dinosaur.

I don't know, man. I kind of love the fact that it looks like a Zoid, personally. I don't see a problem with that being the case either. I'm also sure it'll look better in full detailed renders than the kid's toy looks right now.

I hate it when people see a something like this and immediately shout BAYFORMARS! as if the Transformers movies singlehandedly invented this sort of design language.

I do like the morpher. Just one question, what with the switch piece? Push to make the coin spin or something?
