Personally I am getting Taiga/Snipe + Kusaka/Kaixa vibes at first glance but then again we might get a Otoya + Date-san/Proto Birth. :lolol

So, I don’t want to me mean or anything and I’m sure his actor is great but... I haaaated Otoya so freaking much it is going to be hard not to have some kind of knee-jerk reaction every time he shows up in Build. At best this will redeem him for me though, but for now I’m not all that pleased.

I just thought he was really irritating, inconsiderate, and stalker-ish. I think I would want to strangle someone who acted like him in real life.

I watched Kiva for the first time less than a year ago, so my bitterness over it is still fresh, haha. Like I said, I’m hoping this will make me at least like his actor, since Build has been really good for me so far.

Hmmm.....Kazumi (Grease) wearing jacket really remind me to Date.

I have no idea who this guy is as I never watched Kiva (and don't really plan to change that anytime soon) but getting a new character sounds fun, for some reason I expected Grease to be a returning character like Utsumi.

But the Sclash Driver... dear lord what a piece of garbage. It's just a lump of ugly, baby blue plastic with a stupid wrench attached to it.

You never know with Build and its changing face thing.
He could still be Utsumi somehow.

If you’re counting brief stints than Zanki’s actor also played Jiro in Kiva, who became Ixa on more than one occasion.
