Still not Grace. Which is what I find odd the most.

It's most likely because in story she only had used the powers once, she will most likely be in the comics just not in Ranger form.

So I'd like to have a decent amount of these as posters. Seriously the artwork is friggen amazing.

Because if so then you're wrong. Grace is far from flat chested and there's no skirt.

Although I will admit the red on the back of the hands is kind of odd.

So there's 3 different MMPR Red Rangers on the cover, it's possible that One is TV Jason, one is MMPR comic Jason, & one is Go Go Jason, seeing how Go Go Power Rangers is in the event as well. So if I'm right about that, that would might Rocky is only the MMPR Red Ninja Ranger on the cover.

That is Grace, yes. You can clearly see the skirt line. They just didn't add the white to the skirt like it should be.
