Well no, not even remotely. The ENTIRETY of the brand, shows toys etc were purchased by Hasbro. That facilitated Saban closing. They were only able to shutter their operations because they sold off all of their assets to Hasbro. In no way shape or form would this franchise be "dead in the water" with one of the largest and most powerful toy & multimedia companies in the world behind it.

Brand management would be the main Hasbro. Production could be either Hasbro Studios or Boulder Media, or a new company entirely they create. Depends what the season after Beast Morphers is. If it's animated, then my bet is Boulder Media.

I don't think we will get an animated Power Rangers series in the main Power Rangers line up, maybe as a spin-off but not as the main season of the year That should still be Live-Action.

If it goes animated, then its dead. It might as well not be Power Rangers anymore at that point.
