I just used the standard Windows 10 cutting tool to take a screenshot of the Instagram page. Pressing "Print Screen" on your keyboard and editing the picture afterwards works too.

Click either "Post Reply" or "Go Advanced" in the Quick Reply, there's an option to attach files right under "Additional Options".
