People seem to like Siege/Earthrise Astrotrain, who's as recent as it gets! Otherwise, there's Titans Return Sentinel Prime / Astrotrain, who's a space train!

3rd Party, and it'd probably be pretty hard to find nowadays since it's an almost 10 year old toy, but I remember MMC's' Annihilator getting alot of praise back when it dropped.
