Won't go over what I said before, because we're just going to get stuck in a loop over this. I don't even know why we're talking about past episodes like this, considering that this is the thread for Episode 47. And you can say that cinema is a visual art, but you know, it's also a verbal art, too. Dialogue is often just as important as visuals. Some things can be communicated visual for certain, but there are just moments that need to be verbally said. Also, trying to bring in cinema theory/university talk doesn't make it sound any smarter. And at the end of the day, we're talking about a kid's show. Sometimes we just overanalyze this stuff when we really shouldn't, and forget that it's meant for kids. Quote:
I'm sorry, but like, was it really necessary to add that? It would've been fine if you replied, I don't mind that, but like, it only serves to prolong arguments. Word of advice for the future, just avoid doing that because all it does is piss people off and continue an argument that they would've otherwise left. Quote:

The shopping scene is basically a d?nouement to that, to show that the two of them are on their way to reconnecting after everything that happened. It's not a scene where either of them are emotionally charged at all until the fight with Kanato. Quote:

And in my comment, I meant exactly what is written there. Verbatim. No secret strategies. I like to have the last word and I wanted it. And now I want this comment to also be taken literally and without searching for hidden meanings. I have absolutely no intention of changing anyone's preferences. I know there are people who don't like Geats, but I don't see them as allies. I argue with actions that I consider wrong, the interpretation of events or characters, but not to convince anyone, but to explain why I think so. Stay with your opinion, but recognize the right to another. But, if you ever organize the rescue of the hostages, still postpone the tea party until it is successfully completed. They will thank you. Plus, don't breed sacred cows. If you can write that Ghost is a bad show, then you can write that Geats is a bad show. If you can write that Sougo is dumb, then you can write that Ace is dumb. And you may not agree with this. But guessing what a person thought, wanted, or manipulated is already too much. Because personally I mean what I write and I want it to be perceived that way. Please. |
And not to end up in quarrels. Ace needs fans who believe he can create a happy world. We can say that he needs a cult of happiness. And this is exactly what the antagonist in Shin Kamen Rider possessed. Considering this and the preservation of the memory of the dead that I have already mentioned, I am more and more convinced that Takahashi decided to argue with Anno.
And no, there is no subtext here: "Here's a fool, how can he compete with the brilliant genius of Hideaki Anno?". By the way, I do not like Evangelion and overslept the ending. This is just my observation, based on the same elements and their different polarity in these two projects. And the mere fact that I have to explain this is terribly annoying. Seriously, stop fantasizing about what I think. It's creepy. |

Regarding SPD, are you referring to Bugglesworth, who turned people in to dolls? Quote:

You know, Kamen Rider redemption stories are like a core theme dating back from the first in a way, and while some are a little rough, I genuinely enjoy them. And Daichi here in particular.
Heck, this whole show has a bunch of redemption, and I liked how they all played out here. Keiwa truly had one of the most interesting arcs, it had some problems initially, but I still enjoyed how they fared. I'll reserve my full judgement until the series ends, but I'm confident in saying Geats has been my favorite Reiwa Rider from start to finish, thus far. I had an ominous feeling when Kekera went into his frog pose, something to that extent was going to happen, but boy, I found the other characters transforming funny. And not only did I get a premonition there, but again when Kekera announced his Kamen Rider Game and people were reacting with "who's Keiwa?" I had a strange impression the people from the Labyrinth Game were going to show up, and (unless I'm mistaken, then just disregard my nonsense) they did indeed appear. As the prisoners. Now, I do feel like Geats' return was a little out of the blue (at least for last minute), especially with the debut of Regad, which was a cool redo of the Gazer Suit with a coattail(!), but not like it mattered too much since Omega brough it back and showed off it's true face (funny how it's a cyclops what with all the future cameras looking like that). A little last minute, but still enjoyable. Next Episode: Everyone gets to be a Kamen Rider (She really said "My condolences")! also, that scene from the Opening! |
