Here are some rumors collected from 2ch regarding the New Rider:

Please take rumors with a grain of salt, more info is to come, I'm sure. As per usual, the new rider is set to make his debut in the August film.
So who knows how valid this might be, but I'm hoping it's true. I'd love another Chosen One King Rider in the vein of Kabuto and Kiva. I'm seeing a white and blue Rider, like Ixa but ten times the awesome.

Probably won't be.Showed the link about 2-3 pages back for it and it just doesn't sound legit.At least the crown thing doesn't.I could see if it was the mask/helmet that was cracked.

I don't follow Sentai too much, but...what does Kyoryuger have to do with music? Isn't it dinosaur themed...?

They have to do a samba dance (Complete with a song that always plays) in order to transform.

There are occasions where they don't do the dance, but those are more rare.

Not a single one. Their transformation device is a gun, and they've morphed on more than one occasion without dancing, showing that it's not necessary.
But, more often than not, they do the dance anyway.

The thing I like most about the dance is that they also use it as a form of defense while morphing,so it's not always for show.

When?
Outside of using their actual morph (Firing the dino head at the enemies) as a basic defense, I can't recall them ever using the dance as such.

They've used it to skip out of the way of enemy grunts before, but it was nothing the dance was exactly NEEDED for.

They've used it a few times.Sometimes when they do the spin they either backhand them,or in one case Pink used her feet to trap the one minion,and when she spun tripped him up.

As if you can get caught posting on 4chan. I don't need a name of the source, but give me something to make it believable. If the source is from someone who worked on the show, what do they do? Write? Suit act? Film?

Anyone can just state something is from a "Reliable source."

Are we really looking for logic behind a super sentai series? One where monsters are grown with plant water? They made the dancing so kids could do it and be a part of the show.

I would absolutely love that, and I can see a Dance themed Kamen Rider to connect with the Danced themed Super Sentai. Also the Spirit/Ghost theme sounded really different and intriguing.

Nah.
KR are solo series now outside of the movies.
It wouldn't make sense to make an OOO sequel, especially 2+ years after OOO has finished.
