Hell no *high five* :D, I have all the PHAT company figurine sets (bar the Galaxxxy ones) and the Nendoroids. Kinda want some of the angel statues too, the only figures I'm not keen on are the Rio:Bones because they look REALLY off.

Kintaros/Gao is moderately pricy, but definitely worth it. IMO, Gao is the best looking of all of them.

I don't remember seeing these any cheaper than 3500, but I also wasn't patient, getting them as soon as I saw them

These are the cheapest, ranging from 2000-3500, so paying 3500 is paying too much, because with patience you should find them cheaper

I agree about the Rio:Bones, I still bought them, but I absolutely agree. I have the Galaxxxy set, but only because a friend bought it for me for Christmas one year. I'd have preferred the show colors to the weird pastel palete but they're still pretty neat. I've got the four Alter figures, though technically Scanty is still waiting to be shipped from HLJ. It's weird how they've gone up in price so much and the Yamato Kneesocks has dropped like crazy. I'd have figured it for the other way around. Sadly, everything is still in boxes.

I'd like to pick up the Banpresto figures at some point and I'd like to figure out how to order from the official GAINAX store to get the Heaven tie clip. But I think my disposable income will be shifted to Kamen Rider and Sentai in the coming days.

whats so special about the legacy megazord stuff? arent they just bad american copies of the japanese zyuranger stuff?

The Legacy Megazord is the 2010 "Zord Builder" Dino Megazord with a substatial amount of die-cast, chrome sword and metallic stickers as well as a retooled head to be more accurate to Daizyujin. It's a completely different mold to the original DX Daizyujin and, while recent BOA DX Megazords are complete crap compared to BOJ DX Mecha, it actually holds up better then the original Daizyujin mold.

The Legacy Morpher is a completely new mold made with a lot of die-cast and die-cast "Power Coins". It's actually very accurate to the Dino Buckler in Zyuranger, because they've actually gone to effort to replicate the belt buckle side that was never actually seen in MMPR but was in Zyuranger whenever they weren't transformed, although to make the best comparison with the Dino Buckler, you need to buy Zyuranger stickers from ReproLabels.

The Legacy Megazord and Legacy Morpher are actually better toys then the original DX Daizyujin and Dino Buckler. Regardless of wether you prefer Zyuranger or MMPR, I suggest that you should pick them up.

And yeah, the Legacy Morpher & Legacy Megazord both look AWESOME.

Actually, it's superior to the original Daizyujin because it doesn't have the proportions of a literal brick.

I picked up Tales of Xillia last night. I've only played for an hour so far but what I've played of it has been good. Yeah the graphics aren't the greatest (the game is over two years old) but that's not important to me. Also, I just paid for my Minipla Tobaspino case. I hope I get my payment request from HLJ for the DX Tobaspino today but I'm not holding my breath.

Managed to get a DX Tobaspino when they went up on Amiami for people who didn't get pre-orders!

Such a relief to secure one! I can't wait for it!

Be wary of Itasha. It's big and awesome but VERY hard to maneuver and transform. I've only ever transformed mine once in the entire time I've owned it. It's a beautiful piece but it's just too complicated for it's own good :(

Thanks for the tip! I was a little concerned about even being able to transform him. I think, if and when I get it done, he'll be spending the rest of his life in robot mode. Maybe if the price drops even more I'll snag one to stay a car.

Mine was transformed last November and even though I just moved out of my apartment and into a house it made the trip in robot mode. Very very carefully, in my lap.

Reminds me of the Transformers ALternators that came out several years ago. THey looked awesome and were big, but they were impossible to transform back to the point that I sold them off because I hated it (especially Prime).

Grimlock... God, I hated Grimlock. I never was able to figure out how to transform him back. I sold every Alternator figure I had with a bunch of other things to BBTS this last February.

Just picked up a Princess of the Crystal Figma, IMAGEEEEEEEENE!

Grimlock AND Wheeljack as they both used the same mold.

The only Alternator I still have is Prime. The rest I sold off or trashed (The ones who were trashed had broken in some major way).
Alternators was a fun concept that was executed poorly due to a constant reuse of molds, I felt.

Grimlock was the only one of those I ever bought. I got him in the mail shortly before my physical that year and I was playing around with him and the raw frustration of trying to get him back into car mode was enough to elevate my blood pressure.

And that's why I never bought another. :D

Alternators Grimlock (and Wheeljack since he as pointed out uses the same mold, but I never had him) is the KING...of frustrating Transformer toys. I've experienced some pain in the butt Transformers in the past, but none I couldn't eventually transform in time like Grimlock. I'd say the second most annoying with the first Transformers movie Leader class Megatron.
