Did ypu know that the actress who plays Marika is the 1st female actress to play a female Rider in and out of the suit. She's Marika's suit actor too.

Yup, and what's interesting is that she's apparently the first person to play both in-suit and out-suit portrayals of the same Kamen Rider since Hiroshi Fujioka's Kamen Rider 1. I haven't checked if this is true, though.

I know Garren's actor wore the suit at least once, but I suspect you're right as far as actual action scenes are concerned. Tokusatsu has been splitting the face actor/suit actor ever since Fujioka was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident and the show had to scramble to find a way to work without its star.

Another great episode. Sid was already a favorite character of mine, but damn, I think he just stole Micchy's spotlight. Not a fan of the Peach costume though and the lady they got was clearly casted for fan service. Nevertheless, it is nice to see a rider series that has not been predictable again.

Seriously. Minami Tsukui, who plays Marika is an experienced actress and suit actress with multiple roles that require action. She didn't get that role just cause she's a pretty face, but also cause she kicks ass. I wouldn't be surprised if she could kick the asses of everyone here for thinking that. The comment was completely unnecessary.

Minami is AWESOME! Also, I read somewhere that Satoshi Fujita occasionally suit acts for Marika in more extreme fight scenes. It makes sense, they don't want the her being absent for a couple of episodes due to a fractured leg or something.

You guys are acting like I'm supposed to know who this lady was. Well sorry, but they surely did a lot of shots of her legs. I'm not trying to be sexist, but this is Japan, and 90% of the time, a female is there for fan service.

Oh, and the fact that three of my friends said, "She's my favorite character now" when she did absolutely nothing but kick people did not help matters either.

What nothing? She completely owned Kouta & Kaito. She opened all kinds of badass up on those too. And in next weeks episode it appears she'll be doing the same, just in suit this time. If you took the time to figure out whose playing these characters before firing off random remarks you'd know she's a skilled suit actress who will also play Marika in suit. That's why she was chosen for this job.

No one's saying her casting isn't entirely unrelated to her attractiveness either. I'm sure someone at the top took that into consideration as well. But she clearly demonstrated her skills in this episode, and looking at next weeks preview, she will again.

I think there's enough here to tell she's a badass, though it's not the best demonstration of Minami Tsukui's skills. I look forward to episode 17 to really showcase her.

And since we are talking about Minami Tsukui, I finally realized why she looked so familiar. She's the title character of a martial arts movie on Netflix.

Quite the exposition episode. Rather amusing to learn the Ryoma programed the SENGOKU Drivers to say this phrases. I guess all inventors in fiction need their quirks. I have to wonder what Mitchy's true motive was in stopping Kouta from seeing the Yuuya footage. For future blackmail or to spare his friend the agony of discovering the truth of what he did? And he's finally been exposed to his brother as Ryugen, so we'll see how things turn out after this. The fight between Sigurd, Gaim, and Baron was good. And we have DJ Sagara giving Kouta his get out of jail free card and some new "toys". I wonder what he is up to.
