I think Sentai's logic is because of the DJ Gun being able to pack a lot of power, plus Kiwami does give Gaim all of the weapons.

But even then, Kabuto would still win. He's faster, stronger, and can actually fight without needing a weapon outside of one finisher. Plus he can travel through time. If Tendou wanted to he could go back in time and prevent Kouta from ever even getting the Sengoku Driver or any Lockseeds. Hell if Tendou wanted to go all dark and shit, he could stop Kouta from ever being born.

What about OOO's TaMaShii form? Isn't that supposed to be the most powerful one of them all...unless it's only that strong against a Shocker foe or something.

I ask because the monster that took out all of the Riders with little effort in OOO: Den O Lets go (Kabuto included, if I recall correctly) didn't even make Eiji budge in TaMaShii form. I dunno, Hyper Kabuto seems to have it in the bag (then again, so would Black RX) but TaMaShii could pose a threat.

The Shocker Medal doesn't exist because they fixed the past. OOO can't go TaMaShii anymore.

I still think Hyper Kabuto has some kind of limitation that we don't know at all.
We know HK can travel through time to 'get things fixed', but Tendou never use the ability to fix his own life. He didn't save (or unable to save) his parents from getting killed by the Worms.
I suspect that whoever made the Hyper Zector only allows Kabuto to move between 'time' providing with Hiyori is around (lock on to a physical Hiyori). Its function will be limited and becomes a speed up only machine in other worlds.

Ah, but the poll says "OOO (All)", Not all but one. If you want to get technical, none of the other OOO forms are possible anymore but yet people are still comparing TaJaDor...and I'm pretty sure I saw something about PuToTyra and Super TaToBa in here.

So let's just say that for whatever reason, Eiji can go TaMaShii. Would it give OOO an edge over Hyper Kabuto? Personally, as much as I love OOO and TaMaShii, we saw so little of that form and we don't really know what the extent of it's powers are...which is either really good or really bad for OOO.

Super Tatoba can control time but Hyper Kabuto can go back on time. Presuming Tendou isn't a dick and steals Eiji ' s cores when he first transforms, Hyper Kabuto could go back in time a few seconds to stop Eiji ' s transformation.

Not to help Hyper Kabuto's case but he'd probably just do what he did in the show. Time travel back enough times till it would be an Army of Hyper Kabutos. I mean he helped himself out in the show once before he got the Hyper Zector.

I don't know...Super TaToBa may be the edge that Eiji needed. If he can manipulate time too, can't he just slow things down and knock Tendou out? Or if you want to go REALLY dark here too, slice off his head with Super TaToBa's claws?

Again, I don't pretend to know everything about these guys, especially Kabuto. So I'm just genuinely curious. Though, I do think TaMaShii or Super TaToBa would at least cause a stalemate.

There are several variations to match clock up, e.g ooo super tatoba time manipulation, faiz axel's speed up, wizard infinity's dash...

I never really interpreted that one fight as Super TaToBa being able to stop time so much as him being immune and still moving whenever the guy using the Poseidon Medals stopped time. Nothing we've seen really indicates that Super TaToBa could stop time on it's own.

Statistically, Kuuga's Ultimate Form and Rising Ultimate Form are the strongest by a landslide in terms of punching and kicking power. Assuming that the riders' bulk is comparable to their punching and kicking stats, and combining that with Kuuga's ability to control the weather and instantaneously put people on fire, I doubt even Kabuto could last long against him.

True, but Kabuto can only pull off so many Clock Up's, and Kuuga's Ultimate Form is about 4x stronger than Kabuto's Hyper Form, meaning he has 4x the bulk as well. Once Kabuto is tired out, he wouldn't stand a chance.

I think you fail to understand the impact that that Hyper Clock Up has, though. This isn't whether or not Kuuga can survive Kabuto, it's whether or not Kuuga can realize he's even fighting Hyper Kabuto.

About 20 to 30 seconds of free hits from any final form is gonna destroy Ultimate Kuuga.

yeah but there's also that more speed/velocity = more force thing in physics. If a rock can be practically turned into a bullet when hurled at the speed of sound. What does that make Hyper Kabuto's hyper kick(or basic combat) that is done when time is stopped? that would probably do a lot if not fatal damage to Kuuga Ultimate

You know if you know Tendou's personality he would want to prove he's the strongest without his time powers, and Eiji wouldn't use it either. So I think that would change the outcome.

That's Kaito, not Tendou. Tendou is not above ruthless tactics. Tendou would resort to time manipulation powers long before Eiji would even consider using the purple medals.

Obviously Decade Violent Emotion would win as he can use all the rider powers in just 1 second together.

If I am not wrong, all previous Kuuga's weapon can be used by Kuuga Ultimate too.

- Kamen Rider Time (Hypothetical Rider, if someone uses Time Memory in Lost Driver).
