Though with how detailed it looks, I'm already dreading how the "Power Rangers Ninja Squad" toyline will treat it.

Oh dear god, I need this so badly. Normally I only get the mini-pla versions, they're a good bit cheaper, but this? Oh I need this. If just the helmets had switched it would have been neat, but this? A megazord with five, FIVE, different combinations? Oh hell yes sign me up.

Having calmed down somewhat, I am still really excited for this. First of all, the heads are actual shuriken, which is awesome. And it seems that each mode is based on the central piece. So we've seen a humanoid mode and a western dragon mode. It seems like the dog mode will be fully quadrupedal, and the dump truck and train modes will be some form of vehicle.

If the rest of the rumored catalog is true, we may get a peacock and a UFO later on. It will definitely be interesting to see how those work. Will they be seperate mecha? Attachments to replace one of the zords? Add-ons to the existing mech? Who knows, but I for one am extremely hyped for this.

This thing looks so freaking insane and chaotic that I love it.

If the sixth Ranger has a dinosaur they will have hit EVERY major Sentai style trope in a single Mecha series.

Nah, that's built into the suits.
Actually that would be kind of neat, though. If one of the rangers had an ability that let them appear to be anything, like a potted plant or something.

I think yellow is the chest or torso. I think the Cores fit into the dump truck bed.

Yellow also forms the other arm though which is replaced with red in these combinations.

I really feel like Ninninger should be the anniversary season. Jesus man, look at all this mech variety. I'm loving it.

You know, this gimmick is giving me throwbacks to the Gokaiger mecha. I feel pretty lukewarm about that. I'm never a fan of leaving parts out of combinations, but at least here it's pretty uniformly Shinobimaru that gets left out.
