If Bandai ever decides to give us any main team Goseiger Figuarts, even if it was just Alata, I'd totally buy that.

Toei make a mistake about goseigreen.

I don't think so. It added good depth to Hyde's character and it was nice to have a death that wasn't miraculously resolved in any way.

Was it a shame we didn't get a few more flashbacks? Sure. But a mistake? No way.

How did they kill him for no reason? There was a reason. It was for Hyde to have character development. Its not like GoseiGreen was an established character they suddenly killed out of the blue. It was just a flashback or two in one episode and thats it.

Yes he's die in the Hyde arms.

Okay, so then why did he "die for no reason" as you put it? Because that's not how it is. He died to further advance the characterization of Hyde. Hell he died before the show even began. They didn't even have to show us how he died but they did anyway.

I can agree with you it would have been cool to see Magis more properly, I always love extra rangers. But that didn't happen, and ultimately he wouldn't have fit into the shows overall theme/pattern.

I don't really even care about Magis. He was a non character that existed for Hyde's story...

Plenty. I loved Kakuranger to pieces, so my standards for a ninja themed comedy Sentai might be a little high.

He's one of those character that I think can go both ways despite not really being from either team.
I expect this show to be awesome, but being perfectly honest I found large stretches of Kakuranger to be kind of boring.

Do you guys like mechas ?

From what Ive seen so far I expect it to be fun. The writer for this show is someone I wanted to get his own show for a long time so lets see how that turns out :D

And I did, too. Most notably after we lost Gashadokuro, the series hit a pretty rough wall. Hell, you could probably point out that I found more episodes boring than I did enjoyable.
But for what I did enjoy, it was amazing.

I do. They are not my favorite things in sentai but I enjoy them.

Those are the selling points for me, since I don't care about role play toys or collectable gimmicks (When they're not directly tied to the mecha a la TQG). So I've been left rather disappointed with recent mecha offerings. Hopefully Ninninjer changes that.

The roleplay stuff is mostly what I buy. Thats probably why I was never really bothered by the TOQ mechas for example since I dont look very hard at the mecha in Sentai.

Which plot/elements do you guys want to add in Super Sentai Series and become the annual thing to happen? We already had 6th Ranger and Super form already as the example, so what's next?

Well, he was part of the Seaick tribe which is why he was partnered with Hyde.

So post-Gokaiger we had Matsumoto Hiroya who was Tsubasa/Magiyellow and Deai Masayuki who was Eiji/Boukensilver return to play another new regular sentai hero. Which alumni do you guys want to see return as a new character? I for one would like to see Shimizu Kazuki who played Don/Gokaigreen as a sixth member and go Izumi Shiro on us. When I say Izumi Shiro here, it's because in Changeman he was the moodmaker of the team Yuuma/Change Pegasus, and 7 years later returned to the sentai game to play a serious character in the form of Burai/Dragonranger.

I doubt they'd make a female the leader role (or at the very least female red main) anytime soon since Sentai is more marketed towards young boys.

Shinken Red. And it extends into Power rangers. Jen from Time Force. She was the leader of that team through almost the entire damn season.

I mean more as the main big red character role. XD

I know there are some females who are leaders, but they wouldn't really be considered the main character of the team.

I wouldn't say shinken red since the female one didn't appear until over a third of the series had already gone by.

A female red that's actually there from the start isn't gonna happen. Princess Shinken Red was kind of a one time thing...

Easily the Carranger tribute. The ultimate power wasn't anything substantial, Red Racer came back and made me laugh, a general fell in love with Red Racer, and the episode just kind of ended with everyone doing the Carranger pose. It was pretty pointless, the most fillery of filler episodes, and I loved every second of it lol.

Same carranger episode was just fun. Wish all of carranger would get subbed

It's on episode 41, but I think HaroRangers took a break over the holidays. Hopefully they get back into it. Only like 7 more to go or something like that.
