Serious story out of the way, now on to the fun part: The toys!

Riders from Runegard transform using the Advendriver, a belt developed to help people fight against monsters, and Classtars, star-shaped emblems that enhance their rider forms with different equipment and skills. Each Classtar is made of two parts: The Class Stone, a round gemstone which determines what kind of abilities it gives, and the Star Ring, a set of points around the Class Stone which determines how powerful it is.

Meanwhile Keiji uses a jitte-like device (which I haven't named yet but I want it to be Japanese-based to contrast with the English-based names of the Runegard items), developed by an Earthling scientist in the supporting cast. At first it's just a weapon, more effective against monsters than ordinary guns but not as good as a Rider, but eventually he's able to use it with a Classtar to transform!

The lower level Classtars could be used by any Rider, so here I'll only list the ones that are more special to that specific Rider:

Viktor:
- Warrior (main form)
- Champion (upgrade form)
- Berserker (penultimate form, berserk until he trains to use it safely)
- Warrior King (final form, accessed with his family's ancestral shield Aegis Arms, which combines with his sword to make... a bigger sword)

Sylvan:
- Wizard (base form)
- Grandmaster (final form, made by combining one of each low-level Classtar)

Keiji:
- Thief (base form, much to his chagrin as a policeman)
- Secret Agent (final form, made by modifying his Classtar with Earthling tech)

Connor:
- Paladin (main form)

Theoretically any Class Stone could have any Star Ring. In the show, Classtars would magically change to the next level up when their user gets strong enough, while in the toyline, the Class Stones would hold all the electronics, and the Star Rings could be detached from them and interchanged. And there would be eight colors of Class Stone - red, orange, yellow, green, cyan, blue, purple, pink - and six ranks of Star Ring - iron (2 points), bronze (3points), silver (4 points), gold (5 points), light (5 points with angel wings), dark (5 points with bat wings) - for a whopping 48 possible combinations, and that's not even counting the unique final forms! Although to reduce it a little, all the iron-level Classtars give the same suit just with different weapons or stats, and are used by rider-like footsoldiers instead of true Riders. Buuut I haven't actually thought out what every level of every class would be, sorry XD But I do have the full progression for each major Rider's favored class! All the others would be either auxiliary forms, less-prominent Riders, or toyline-exclusive.

Anyone with enough magic power to become a Rider can use any bronze-level Classtars, but they need to be more skilled with a class to use silver- or gold-level, and need to either draw strength from a higher power for light-level or from their inner demons for dark-level. Iron-level Classtars are only used by the Iron Troopers, the Jadheim Empire's mass-produced footsoldiers recruited from people who don't have enough power to become Riders.

While I don't normally care much for anniversary-crossover stuff, I had an idea for one that seems kind of interesting:

Kamen Riders protect this world from evil... but what of the reverse? In a world where wicked heroes hunt innocent monsters, there is still one Kamen Rider with a heart of justice! Reiwa reversed: Kamen Rider Verze!

Unlike Zi-Oh with its monstrous Another Riders, this series uses Reverse Riders as the villains, with the same heroic designs but new color schemes based on photo negatives, and their personalities are based on their original selves but twisted to be villainous:

"There's only one person who can stop me... you."
- Reverse Aruto is the spoiled nepo-baby head of Hiden Intelligence, who is known for his cruel sense of humor and views everyone around him, human or Humagear, as little more than toys for his amusement.

"I've decided I'll be the one who ends this story."
- Reverse Touma is a famous horror and tragedy author who secretly commands the Sword of Logos, always follows through on his threats, and decides the fate of others as if they're characters in his books.

"I'm burning like hell! Let's go at once!"
- Reverse Ikki is "Japan's number one egoist" who forces his way into everyone's issues to make it all about himself, rapidly rising the ranks of the dystopian organization Fenix in his desperate search for approval.

"I am the highlight."
- Reverse Ace is the reigning champion of the Desire Grand Prix, a consummate liar who doesn't care who he has to betray or how corrupt the DGP is so long as he can continue his winning streak and superstar lifestyle, with ambitions to become a god.

"I gotcha!"
- Reverse Houtaro is a high schooler and alchemy student who likes Chemies more than humans and wants them all to be his friends and his alone, even getting violently jealous when a Chemy partners with someone else.

Meanwhile, Kamen Rider Verze is a passing-through hero with amnesia but who remembers that Kamen Riders are supposed to be allies of justice, and fights to help the various monster groups he encounters against the Riders who oppress them. After winning the trust of a powerful monster, Verze can copy their power onto a Monster Card and use it in the ReiVerze Driver to access a form based on those monsters, but with a more heroic and Rider-esque aesthetic.

- "Magia Reverse! Mestubojinrai justice!"
Reverse Magia are abused Humagears who've gained the power to stand up to their owners, thanks to the underground resistance group Metsubojinrai.net who fights for equal rights with humans.

- "Megid Reverse! Alter the story!"
The lead Reverse Megid are ancient sages who want to free the Almighty Book from the Sword of Logos's control so that people can make their own fates instead of being predestined.

- "Deadmans Reverse! Gracias, Gif!"
Reverse Deadmans are a spiritual movement who advocate making peace with your inner demons, and protest against Fenix's brutal repression of anything they deem "sinful."

- "Jyamato Reverse! Jyamar Garden growing!"
Reverse Jyamato are peaceful plantlike creatures, created to be hunted for sport in the cruel and unfair Desire Grand Prix, and they try to learn from humans in hopes of winning their freedom.

- "Malgam Reverse! Be dyed in gold!"
Reverse Malgam are formed when a Chemy resonates with a human's kindness and forms a bond with them, but the Alchemist Union hunts them to keep the power of alchemy for themselves.

Since Gavv has only just started, I don't have a good enough sense of Shoma and the Granutes to make their Reverses yet, although I think the Granute henshin catchphrase will be "Granute Reverse! Stomach full of love!"

Anyway, the second rider is Izant, a secretary-type Humagear who tried to be a conscience for Aruto but was cast aside and rescued by Verze. It's ambiguous whether she's a counterpart to Izu or Azu, but she transforms into Kamen Rider Minus-One.

1. Galaxy-themed Rider with a music genre theme
2. Yokai-themed Rider where he helps a girl inbetween the feudal & modern era

4. Fusion-themed angel Rider for anniversary

There is not only “3 more to go” the Reiwa Era, it will end when the person on the throne is changed,it’s not measured in “how many” years.
The Reiwa Era could be as long as the next decade, not next 3 years

To put it into perspective, the Showa era lasted from 1926 to 1989, and Heisei from 89 to 2019. Both of them ending during the final year of their respective decades was coincidental.

Anyway, give me a Kamen Rider that's a trucker. We got Drive, so the natural evolution is someone driving a big rig

A nice mix of Decade and Zi-O for the Reiwa era. Honestly, the concept of ?evil riders oppressing monsters that give rise to a protector rider? suits the franchise even without crossover elements.

I'm surprised there hasn't been a sea captain rider yet. Although the reason is most likely that Toei doesn't want to bother with filming on the water.

I so wonder when the put the fusion theme in?

I keep picture the Goseiger route where the main rider is an angel.

Would like to see another anniversary season where the main rider protects monsters. We’re lacking monsters nowadays. Look at Ultraman’s Kaiju!

Tentative idea for the Verze version of Gavv:

"How about it? Give up all your snacks to me, or I'll stomp you into the ground!"
- Reverse Shouma is a glutton whose hybrid biology gives him a hunger can never be truly satisfied, and when not placated with a constant supply of snacks he'll resort to eating people, be they human or Granute, to try and taste their happiness.

- "Granute Reverse! Stomach full of joy!"
Reverse Granute are aliens that feed on human happiness, but this doesn't harm the humans, and the Stomach family are sustainable farmers who work hard to "cultivate" happiness and never harvest too much.

With the fusion theme I have in mind I'm picturing what could be the future Reiwa Riders before its anniversary!

1) A new space rider since Super-1 & Fourze, where the main rider is a space traveler & fisherman, where he and his crew travel throughout the universe. The season will be a combination of sea creatures & constellations.

2) A new occult rider since Hibiki & Ghost, where it is yokai themed. The main rider will come from the past & ends up having an ally who gets warped into the future. Think Inuyasha! Together, they'll come across evil demons, even finding several Hanyo (half Yokai) in between times.

I'm also trying to create a new rider season where it has vibes of KR Blade & Ex-Aid involving immortality/eternal life. I just can't picture how such a season can exist. Like what'll be the concepts of it? Would there be a Frankenstein's Monster as the protagonist or one of the random main riders?

Haven't fleshed it out much yet, but I was thinking about Gavv's Vrocanbuggy/Vrocangatling and the idea of a weapon also being the rider machine (maybe as a way to get it more screen time and fight the decline of bike action), and that got me thinking about a witch-themed rider whose broom is both her weapon and vehicle

It would be cool. I remember during Wizard there were rumors that Mayu would turn into a rider based on a witch. But in the end we got Mage. And so, riders continue the trend of musketeers, practically not using what they are named after.

Delinquent rider with a butterfly theme, named Kamen Rider Ban-Chou. Is that anything?

It's not film genres, but I also had an idea for a rider with film reels as the gimmick, and the whole thing would be kinda a celebration of the special effects used in tokusatsu: Kamen Rider FX!

"I'll play the role of a hero!"
The main rider is Kamen Rider FX, a struggling actor who dreams of playing heroes that bring hope to everyone, but only ever gets cast as an extra because he gets terribly anxious whenever he's the center of attention. However, when an experimental special effects device causes monsters from a film series to come to life in reality, the company that created this device recruits him to fight the monsters and be a hero for real!

His driver is the FX Jector, a belt themed after a movie projector with space for two film-reel-themed collectables. His weapon is the Directana, a katana themed on a director's clapboard (and yes, it shouts "Cut!" to announce its special attack). And his motorcycle is a stunt bike called the Stunt Buddy.

The second rider is Kamen Rider DX, a major antagonist from the films and a demon who can take human form. Initially an enemy to FX, he has an identity crisis after realizing all his life he's just been following a script that cast him as the villain

His driver is the Dark FX Jector, a copy of the FX Jector he created using the same process that created a dark copy of the hero's powers in the film series (because that happens all the time in toku). His weapon is Doom Michael, a boom mic turned into a scythe by his demonic power.

"I'm changing the script."
The third rider is Kamen Rider EX, an agent of the tech company that made the device which brought the monsters to life. At first she just provides FX with equipment and intel, but as the company higher-ups get increasingly greedy for the monsters' power they order her to become a rider and fight personally, until eventually she turns against them and joins the heroes.

Her driver and weapon is the Camragnum, a gun themed on a movie camera, which she also uses in civilian form to assist FX before becoming a rider.

The collectable devices are the FX Reals, small disks designed to resemble film reels, each with the power of a different special effect or filming technique. Each rider has one for their base form and others for power-ups, which appear as film-themed sashes across their chests:

Usually used by FX
- Hero: Transform into Kamen Rider FX
- Special: Transform into Kamen Rider SFX (FX's final form)
- Prop: Summon the Directana
- Stunt: Summon the Stunt Buddy, a giant version of it forms the bike's front wheel
- Pyro: Add explosive power to attacks
- Slo-Mo: Grant super speed by slowing down time
- Light: Create a bright flash of light

Normally used by DX:
- Monster: Transform into Kamen Rider DX
- Mini: Grant super strength, "the strength of a giant"
- Double: Create a copy of the user (only one at a time)
- Night: Create a cloud of unnatural darkness
- Stock: Duplicate the powers of the last other FX Real used

First used by DX but later stolen by other villains:
- Stage: Open a door to an otherworldly theater, which serves as the monsters' hideout
- Puppet: Take control of a monster
- Crew: Summons the series' footsoldiers

Normally used by EX:
- Costume: Transform into Kamen Rider EX
- Rewind: Restore objects to previous states, used to clean up collateral damage
- CGI: Create energy constructs, tiring to use
- Chroma: Turn the user invisible

There should probably be more FX Reals but I haven't thought of them yet lol.

And it might be the monsters in this idea who are based off film genres, since there's a huge variety of genres to use for inspiration and monsters from related genres could have similarities to each other...

I'm tentatively calling the monsters from FX "Nemacin," as a rearrangement of "cinema" that also evokes the words "nemesis" "Enma (Buddhist god of hell)" "majin (demon)" and "meancing."

And DX's non-rider identity is the high fantasy Nemacin, who takes the form of the Demon King Zepharon and leads the lesser Nemacin until his identity crisis makes him vulnerable to being overthrown by the space opera Nemacin, Star Fighter Dark Vega (and yes, both their names are references to other media)

I have 2 ideas for an anniversary season but it's not much:

1. Multiverse theme

Title Name : Kamen Rider Parter (not officially name)

The ideas is the protagonist gets his form change power up by going to other dimensions & met alternate universe of himself. The power ups are actually just his Rider based form but in different shapes, sizes & colours. He finally get his super form then eventually final form when he reach 5th or 10th dimensions.

While I add it, I would love if the show written by Kazuki Nakashima the creator of Gurren Lagann (he even apparently wrote Fourze too)

2. A show that's a love letter to Showa & Heisei Kamen Rider

Title Name : Kamen Rider Passin (not officially name)

This is a character driven show where the main rider is represent Heisei Rider & secondary rider represent Showa Rider. The protagonist Ishi is your optimistic hero who are chosen to become a rider, he also has a friend (supporting character) named Mori whom an integral character later in the series. Ishi & Mori train to become stronger together while encountering monster, as the main rider Ishi has all the power ups like a Heisei Rider.

Tragedy suddenly happen to Ishi where he's fatally wounded to almost near death, while he's in comma Mori decide to become a rider as his temporary replacement until he fully recovers. Turns out Ishi can't be save with regular medical treatment so they gave him a special surgery that turn him into a cyborg, he can no longer use his Driver because it can only respond to a living being so they gave Ishi a new Driver that program for "mechanical being".

As for now Mori officially became the new main rider & Ishi became secondary rider.

Having the main Rider permanently change users is a really cool idea, I know that's been done with additional riders before but IIRC never with the main one. It's a good homage to Ichigo and Nigo too

How would you all envision a KR season in a film theme? Think like Ex-Aid with the VGs!

Like the cast off of Kabuto & level up of Ex-Aid, go animated to live action!

Since the cast off from Kabuto & level up from Ex-Aid, how would you all envision a Reiwa rider season involving creatures coming out of eggs?

With a pet bird/birds that lay eggs with a specific gimmick. And possibly references to the Angry Birds and companion birds from Super Sentai.

Well there are other creatures that lay eggs too!

Reptiles, amphibians, sea creatures, arthropods, monotremes & mythical creatures.

Let's leave these to the villains.

I?m also thinking of another KR series in vibes of Blade & OOO. Have the four riders be based off the Chinese Zodiac by trines/seasons. Beyblades as the key items!

Greetings! First post here, so hope this is an alright introduction post.

I have had this Kamen Rider idea for a few years, and seeing as I plan to start trying to write the story episode-by-episode once the next Kamen Rider series airs, I wish to talk about it

So basically! It's a Time travel-based rider, specifically a member of a Time Police organization. The Rider is named Chronos, I have yet to write the full storybeats, but when I have the time I will plan that out (Hopefully way before the new rider series as I'd perish trying to write up the outline in a single day)

Rider Series: Mask Rider Pentaz

Theme: Fan-pitch western adaption of Kamen Rider Faiz

In 2003 a strange phenomena happen as cloud suddenly pour grey snow in a city of Lakota, years went by news report of people spotting a "grey" looking creature leaving behind ashes. Police couldn't find any lead to the mystery other then a blurred photo taken by civilian so they shelves the case. In 2014 Lakota is now know for housed a tech company Data-Luss who sell all house hold appliances for people of Lakota.......but there are more to them than meets the eye.

Heroes :
Main Rider - Kevin (Takumi) is the primary user of Pentaz (Faiz)

Secondary Rider - Ethan (Kusaka) is the primary user of Entri (Kaixa)

Tertiary Rider - Joe (Mihara) is the primary user of Treus (Delta), Lucy (Saya) is the temporary user.

Arsenal:
Belt - Buckler are the name of their henshin devices, a belt with assorted gadgets as their weapon. The belt are store inside metal briefcase with Data-Luss logo & the rider code number on the outside like for example DL-555 (Pentaz)

Key Item - Just like in Faiz the henshin item will be phones specifically based on Faiz 20th anniversary film because today people don't use flip phones anymore lol, but at the same time iPhone are impossible to be made as toys. So instead I choose flip phone with touch screen because it does exist. Each rider gets a different type of phone just like Faiz, for example Motorola FLIPSIDE is for Pentaz Phone, NEC N-06A is for Entri Phone, Hitachi HIY01 is for Treus Phone.

- Pentaz Gram (Faiz Edge)
- Entri Form (Kaixa Blaygun)
- T-Module Blaster - Treus gun with 3 modes single, rapid fire & burst.

Club Fortuna (Lucky Clover) - A private club of elite Tefranite

- Mr Roberts (Murakami) - The current president of Data-Luss & the one who form Club Fortuna, he wish to speed up the population of Tefranite all over the city then the world (just like in Faiz)

- Celine (Saeko) - The bartender of the club & a hitwoman sent to kill any Tefranite who refuse to kill human or disobey their boss order.

- Burke (Takuma) - A forensic scientist working in police department who is task by DL president to dispose all evidence & witness involving Tefranite attack to keep their masquerade. He's also a hitman sent to kill any Tefranite who refuse to kill human or disobey their boss order.

Lady Fortune (Smart Lady) - Personal assistant to DL president, her job is to recruit recently turned Tefranite. She also protect the president by becoming Exa (Muez) a rider belt that only she can use.

Monsters : Tefranite
These are the same as Orphanoc, they attack people in private & if a person die naturally or get killed by these creatures they'll be revive becoming one but it's a gamble you either become one or drop dead into ashes. The show Faiz never explained how they become one so my explanation is that the person's "unfulfilled dream" what give them the will to comeback to life.

In my version there are a few types that distinguished them apart from their abilities to their colour type :
- Regular Type (Yellowish Grey) - These type happen when a person either died from natural causes or getting killed by a Tefranite, they are given enchanted abilities such as strength, agility, reflex & hearing.
- Evolve Type (Silver) - Just like the name implies these are what happens if Regular Type evolve after fighting/killing many people giving them special ability like a bird Tefranite gain wings to fly.
- Tri-ton Type (Blackish Grey) - These are a rare type that give them the ability to comeback from the ashes 3 times, their creation happens when Data-Luss conducted experiment involves transform a person into Tefranite through surgery called "Genome Type-O".
- Pseudo Type (Human colour) - A rare type that also involves a person given "Genome Type-O" but they do not become a Tefranite but still gain their enhance strength.
- Ancient Type (White)

I'm thinking of a new rider season with a music genre theme in vibes of Hibiki & Ex-Aid!

• Protagonist Rider: hip-hop genre & drummer
• Secondary Rider: jazz genre & wind player
• Tertiary Rider: rock genre & guitarist/soloist
• Quarter Rider: soul genre & bassist
• Female Rider: pop genre & main vocalist/keytarist
• Dark Rider: dark music genre & manager/producer

And a movie rider on the theme of Enka and with a plot about a provincial newcomer who is disillusioned with the music industry.

And such a movie rider would be great. I see the summer movie a musical!

As for Na-Go & Poppy? Depends if they?ll be guests in the summer movie or a crossover somewhere? or on stage.
