According to the first quarter catalog leaks, we are getting RKF releases for Shining Assault Hopper and Assault Wolf, but not Shining Hopper even though it will debut first.

The reasoning for that just occurred to me. RKF Shining Assault Hopper will likely have removable or replaceable parts to switch between Shining Hopper and Shining Assault Hopper. After getting better views of those two forms, they really aren't that different aside from a few parts.

I just noticed that when it's closed what would be the lower jaw in the opened state join siwht the picture and becomes a leg.

Anyone else notice HLJ has RKF's of Zer-One Shining Assault Hopper and Vulcan Assault Wolf in-stock?

They never even went up for pre-order, and none of the typical J-youtubers have reviews of these guys up yet, so I don't know if this is an error or HLJ just released them early.

RKFs of upgrades typically don't go up for pre-order. Why would they spoil the upgrades themselves? Both of them were slated for release in early December which means the first week.

They both go on shelves tomorrow in Japan and I already see a few Japanese reviews. People are already posting pictures of it in-hand on Twitter as well.

They usually do go up for Pre-Order on HLJ, they just lack photos.

I see the Assault Grip is up on HLJ, but I don't see the Assault Wolf key. Did it already sell out and get marked discontinued, or have they not put it up yet? Also, does the Assault Wolf key come with a copy of the Assault Grip, or do you have to buy it separately?

I know for a fact it was up as I ordered mine yesterday.

It's a spare, so you can buy an extra grip if you lose it or if you want one for Assault Wolf and Shining Hopper

Cool, got it. It's still in stock on Amazon Japan at least, but I prefer HLJ when I can for that private warehouse feature. Oh well, I don't even have the Shotriser yet, planning on getting it next month. Hopefully it's still on Amazon in a month

One more question, what's the difference between the SG Progrise keys and the DX ones? I know the SG versions always lack some feature the DX versions have

The SG versions have the button on the side rather than the top, no lights and no unique finisher announcements. Plus you have to set them to Zero-One Driver, ShotRiser or MetsuboJinrai.Net by clycling through the phrases.

Ok, cool, so if I'm just wanting to get Progrise key representation for the main five riders, not planning on getting any belts for now besides the Shotriser, those sounds worth it for the price. They still look just as good on display it sounds

I believe that it was available with the premium ticket for Reiwa: the first generation or something along those lines. Some online stores have it on pre-order for ridiculous amounts.

No, Stag is also a premium ticket bonus. There’s typically (or at least sometimes) two of those. One is general (Hedgehog) and another is available only through a specific ticket service, Loppi. That’s Stag. I don’t really remember the different ones they had for Zi-O, but I remember for HGF the usual bonus was the Ex-Aid bottle, while Loppi had a special Level 1 version.

(Also just as an aside, whenever Uniqlo gets a key it probably won’t be DX like Stag is, it’ll probably be SG quality)

I'm getting anxious about how long it's taking Amiami or HLJ to put up preorders for So-Do wave 3. Amiami has 4-6 available, in addition to having had 1-2, but despite 3 releasing in just a week, still nothing

I'm suprised that they're using up two out of the four/five slots for metal/phantom build.

They did say they'd be using the Zero-One waves to play catch up on other stuff, and honestly doing it at this point makes sense -- they've covered literally everything except Assault Shining and rider!dodo until the movie and Thouser stuff, so might as well finish up Build and start doing the missing Zi-O stuff.

Finale/movie stuff tends to filter in weirdly. Grease Perfect is in a Zero-One box and IIRC, Build RabbitDragon was in a Zi-O one.

Yeah, the stuff exclusive to the last couple episodes and of course the returns movies just come too late to be included in their own series' boxes. Grease Blizzard was a surprising exception to that, and while summer movie stuff is usually fine; Zi-O just had so much stuff that they had to come later.

That's why we're only gonna get Tsukuyomi and the Zi-O movie riders now.

I know but I’m surprised that they’re doing two spots for phantometal build instead of putting the budget into a mechanics set with mammoth and the bike. Honestly I expected them to just stuff in a faceplate for the original hazard build and be over with it.

Any Sodo figures coming of Kamen Rider Blade?

So far no, but they've said the So-Do Chronicle line is performing stronger than expected, so there's a good chance it'll keep going for a while

Yeah, between the various So-Do lines no character is out of the question.

There is a Shodo of him coming, though! He unfortunately doesn't have his bike, but he comes with pretty much everything else you'd want; including oversized Rouze cards for his finisher!

Thouser merch is coming slightly ahead of the Rider's debut on the show, all this stuff is out December 28th.

I found an early video review of the Zaia ThousanDriver. Interesting points to note:

The Amazing Caucasus Progrise Key is spring-loaded. It springs open once the activation button is pressed. That's kinda funny since one of the first criticisms I remember when the early DX Progrise Keys were shown in detail was that they didn't open on their own, but needed to be opened manually.

The Awaking Arsino Key does absolutely nothing. It's one solid piece of plastic. It doesn't open; it has no lights or sounds.

The belt works... differently from what I assumed. Which is my fault entirely, I thought both keys opened and their images would overlap to create Thouser's face. Turns out one part of the "face" is permanently printed onto the core window of the Driver and the one from Caucasus simply completes it. That's a bit "meh", not gonna lie. It would’ve been nicer if both keys opened and combined IMO.

Still, the sounds on this thing are pretty great. I was wishing for a female voice to shake things up a little but this one is cool.

The Caucasus progrise key being spring loaded is fantastic, but the rest of the driver is a bit disappointing, between the zetsumerise key just being a big hunk of plastic and other progrise keys not working properly in it

To be fair, it wouldn't be able to do anything outside of the ThousanDriver due to its shape and reversed design. Even if the Arsino Key had sounds, no other toy in the line would be able to activate the sounds in it.

So why are there 2 Cacusaus keys? The green one already released and Thouser's... tan... one?
