Double Update time.

This week in Roze we pretty much settle the arc that started back in July as Kamen Rider Roze makes her return with a new form. Tbh it was writing these chapters that really made me realize the Gotchard production blogs had a point about writing in regards to power-ups. I had figured it made sense before, but actually getting in their shoes in a sense really made me open my eyes. Anyway...

Another week another update.

For Roze we continue through our final battles as everyone begins to gather for the final confrontation. We've got only one main chapter left folks, after that it's just the epilogue and the behind the scenes (which I am taking questions for btw if anyone on here is interested in posing.)

On the Song of Swords side, we're also at a penultimate episode of sorts with the second to last main chapter of AXZ this week. And of course we've got one final big debut of the season since I've already hinted in the past that I'd be tackling Trio of Deep Sin but in a different way.

It feels weird, knowing that around this time next week I'll be posting the final chapter for Roze from Remnant. There's still a behind the scenes I'll post after obviously... but the feeling of ending a multi-year project like this is slowly starting to take hold.

That said, it's time to finish off this final battle, I'll see you all next week for when I post the epilogue chapter.

As for why Song of Swords is going first this time?

Well, I did it. I completed a story I didn't even consider my main story at first. It was something to try and keep me from burning out on my Smash Bros Kamen Rider story. Yet it evolved into something more, and honestly I'm still shocked by all the kind words I received yesterday. No picture this time, as I instead made a video for the chapter post on my Bluesky so I will instead link that.

Alright, kind of stopped posting here because I think I was riding the high of finishing off Roze from Remnant as well as being one step closer to finishing Song of Swords.

But I'm back, mostly to show off a new story. But here are some background details for those who don't follow along. After adapting Symphogear GX, instead of going straight to AXZ I made an original season RXU since there was a hefty chunk of time between GX and AXZ I could use instead of just skipping past it all.

What I did was introduce a concept from XDU, the Gjallarhorn, which I had also teased back during the G Movie. This involved going through a few Parallel World adventures, one of which was the story of an Alternate Hibiki Tachibana who ended up being saved by Touma sacrificing himself during the Noise Attack that starts off the story. At the end of that Parallel World Arc, Hibiki finds Brave Dragon with me also noting that I'm working on a fanfic that will continue this Hibiki's story.

And now that time has come.

I figured even if this is a new story, some context would be helpful as it is a spin-off. So I condensed the four chapter arc that spawned this story by focusing in on only the scenes Hibiki (Another) was a part of. I also condensed some bits even further by making them only minor descriptions to get from Point A to Point B. It was mostly copy and pasting, as I kept the dialogue the same though I did alter some other bits here and there that wasn't dialogue.

That said I did also add a lot of original scenes that are exclusive to this story as well to help expand this Hibiki's backstory out. I've affectionately referred to this chapter as a Compilation Movie several times due to the nature of the content here. Anyway, the real meat and potatoes are coming next year, but I figured I'd at least get this slightly easy chapter out of the way to prep people.

Time for a monthly update as I plan on at least trying to put out an update a month for Reignited Song. At least until I finish up Song of Swords, in which that'll probably take over for a while so that I can finish publishing it.

Anyway, time for the proper first chapter of this story, and yes I plan on making the title cards for every chapter.
