I think for me the worst DC Animated Movie was Batman: Year One. It was just boring and oddly paced.

Not to mention that Batman himself was in it for all of two screens. The film might as well have been called James Gordon: Year One.

I actually skipped that one, and The Dark Knight Returns mainly because I have enough Batman in my life.

I'm really trying to figure out what the point of this show is.

The short answer is it's basically a parody of reality shows, with each character acting as a stereotype of people you run into during one of these shows.

It's reasonable popular, with TDI, TDROTI and TDAS being the more beloved seasons. TDWT is sort of in the middle and most everyone hates TDA. There's a LOT of reasons for that, but I trust you'll be able to search engine those reasons. As you may or may not be aware of I suck at explaining things so watching the show is the best bet.

yeah, I just did not like Year One. So meh. At least DC is trying to put out more mature animated stuff, unlike Marvel.



Dark Knight Returns is amazing. I mean, it is based on one of the best graphic novels of all time. You might be surprised if you give it a chance.

I've been watching Justice League in recent times. I've been watching about two episodes per day, and I just finished "Justice Guild of America."This was the first time I could connect to John Stewart, mainly because of his history with the Justice Guild and its similarity to my history with Spider-Man.

I have a theory about the pinkish lion in steven universe. I think it could be his mom. I know she is no longer supposed to be around, but all that was said was she lost her form when steven was born. I think maybe she just might of been forced into another form. it might be one of the reasons why it protected them in that one episode and I might be wrong. of course this is just a theory I thought of after seeing the episode. that and it could explain what happened to other crystal gems in a way. also I wonder what happens to the gems they retrieve.

Went ahead and finished the two parts of Dark Knight Returns.

Part one is my new favourite Batman film, and as close to a masterpiece as the DC animated movies have gotten. LOVED IT.

The second half...wasn't nearly as good, especially as it seemed to get everything wrong that made the first half so perfect in the first place. But I will admit the final showdown with the Joker and eventually Superman were both epic.

I watched Flashpoint Paradox the other day and it was phenomenal. While I enjoyed the alternate universe it presented as a whole, the fact that literally every core member of the JL changed significantly from one small thing Flash did still does bother me some. Looking past that, it was quite enjoyable and I felt that the storytelling was solid. I haven't seen a whole lot that featured the Flash as its primary protagonist, so that was also a nice change of pace. Overall, I'd have to recommend it.

A problem I had with Flashpoint Paradox was that Flash was established to be gay in the parallel universe, but it led nowhere. It was a completely pointless line that added nothing, changed nothing, and led to nothing that could have just been cut...

So there's a TMNT two-parter that's supposed to air this Friday but got posted online already for whatever reason and I couldn't help but watch it. And man, oh man, do I love the ending. :3

Checked out the first episode of Gavity Falls................................... What the fuck did I just watch? :lol

My favorite episode of that show is the Street fighter parody. :lolol comedy gold everytime.

My mother has taken a strange liking to Sohpia the first, so we've been watching that a lot.
Honestly, I have enjoyed it, it's a pretty fun kids show, not one of those shows that appeal to adults, but there's nothing wrong with it.
Some of the Disney Princesses appear from time to time and I'd love to see Anna or Elsa at some point, Mulan too since apparently Disney considers her a princess.
