Welp, this image I found pretty much sums up my experience with Revice.

Which Kamen Rider had the biggest shield?

Is there anyone here who's interested in a fusion-themed rider series?
Cause its got potential! Zero-One/Ichigo fusion matched with Kuuga for being the first riders of their eras. Saber fusion matched with Wizard for both being dragons & fire. Plus magic. Zi-O fusion matched with Decade for both being anniversary riders yet with time & dimensional space. But what of Geats?
And Revice would be the last rider who's power needs to be collected. Due to being the 50th anniversary.
I also question how the Showa riders will be used for fusions. Whether for some in its winter movie or summer movie. Even Hyper Battle DVD.

ZX can do Ninja Riders fusion. Also fusion riders from 90th. And some crazy ideas: Fusion Shin Kamen Rider and Kamen Rider Shin. Fusion "real bad" riders, such as Super-1, Kabuki, Baron and Duke. |

I actually thought this up a few months back. While I am not sure if this would actually be the case, I think a combo of two Riders that are thematically and aesthetically similar would be best
Ichigo/Nigo - Pretty Obvious. Kuuga/Agito - Since Agito was a sort of sequel (though not really) to Kuuga. Build/Double - Pretty straightforward. Both combine two halves Wizard/Ryuki - Both semi-Western-esque designs based on Dragons. ZX/Geats - Similar designs as well as being original Rider-esque with their own unique look Zero-One/Black - Both were starts of new eras, and have a bit of yellow, red, and black on their designs. Den-O/Revi - Pretty obvious. ZO/J and Decade/Zi-O or perhaps ZO/Zi-O and J/Decade or something? Skyrider/Drive - Both had an unorthodox element (flying and Cars) while being callbacks to Ichigo (or just generally Showa Era in Drive's case Amazon/OOO - Both friendly, animal based Riders. Super-1/Fourze - Both Space themed. Stronger/Kabuto - Enough Said. X/Saber - Both have the X design on their helmets, pull out a sword to transform. Kiva/Ghost ?- Spooky Riders. But also because both are specifically Halloween-esque in their designs Shin/Vice - An interesting one: Both are pretty organically looking, and unorthodox riders. V3/Blade - Seemingly an odd combo, but relatively thematically similar. Riderman/Faiz - Both the fourth Riders of their era, and had more specific ties to the villains of the series Hibiki/Gaim - Aesthetically similar along with both having some of the most Riders in a Hesei show ZO/J and ZI-O/Decade seemed a bit obvious, but another option would be ZO/Zi-O, given that ZO was originally planned to have other Showa Rider powers. And you could have J/Decade because J literally turned into Decade in one of the movies. Ex-Aid is the odd one out. Potentially with another Rider (maybe Gotchard?) but that's all I got. naturally a Secondary Riders would have secondary Rider combos (which I came up with as well) and you could even have Dark Rider and Tertiary Rider combos and so on. |
Is Futaros canon?
If possible, if going on the fusion theme, what if Futaros is one of the main riders possessing someone to be his Singularity Point? Think of that going by the Ultraman Zero Beyond route. Or at least if going Ultraman Z's route. |
I already wrote in the topic of the 41st episode, but I want to duplicate it here.
Since the disclosure of the true nature of DGP, I have been worried about the question of who is its cause, and, accordingly, the source of evil. And here's what I came up with. We know little about the future, mainly from the words of Ziin, but it seems that there are no contradictions in them and the stories of other characters. The future is a world of artificially created people whose life is determined, up to the time of death. There is no place for strong emotions in the future and DGP was created to compensate for this. And here comes the first inconsistency. Why do artificially created people of the future need to initially experience strong emotions? There are two types of needs: external and internal. External ones are determined by the environment and if there are no strong emotions in the future, then people will not have a desire to experience them. Interest in them - yes, but nothing more. You don't feel like climbing trees or hunting mammoths, do you? And the Neanderthal had no desire to acquire a mobile. It's the same here. Internal needs, in turn, are determined by our genes, hormones, brain structure. And in our time, people with an irresistible craving for the inaccessible may well be born (and are being born). But the people of the future are created artificially, and very carefully. This means that if they have a desire for strong emotions, then it was inherent in them from the very beginning. And who else could do it, if not an organization with many employees, the ability to travel through time and control over the forces of the Goddess of Creation? This means that the DGP itself has created a need for itself, investing in the people of the future the desire for strong emotions. Therefore, they are the source of evil, and not the supporters. And it made me take a fresh look at Beroba. If Kekera's desire to mold Keiva into her ideal rider may be an external need, then Beroba, who enjoys the suffering of others, is clearly driven by internal ones. Her need is quite rare, most of the most terrible people in history were guided by other motives and desires. Such behavior of Beroba can be caused either by an internal deviation or trauma in childhood. From what we know about the future, there could not be a situation for childhood trauma (and do artificial people have a childhood? in principle. This means that the desire to make others suffer was inherent in Beroba. And here, too, it could not have done without DGP. Developing this idea, it is easy to come to the conclusion that DGP needs a Jamato suporter. If the monsters become too weak, defeating them will no longer bring strong emotions and hurt the show. But why invest in the development of Jamato by yourself, if you can create a sponsor for them? Simply by investing in one artificial person of the future a couple more forbidden desires, in addition to craving for strong emotions. And then this puts Beroba on the same level as Tsumuri, because even having rebelled against the DGP, both continue to play their assigned roles - the Navigator and the future Goddess for Tsumuri and the enemy of the riders for Beroba. So if I'm right, DreadBringer is wrong in calling Beroba the worst person on the show. At the very least, she can't be worse than the one who put those desires into her. For simplicity, I will assume that this is Sueru, but most likely the DGP has a separate man in a jacket for this job. |

That explains a lot.

I personally don't understand why he has such a grudge against Toei when the company he works for is Toei's leading, if not defacto, merchandising partner. This does not bode well for futute releases. The stuff we currently see on shelves and upcoming u.s releases may be the last official releases we see on our side of the glob for a long time, if not, ever.

If they are not planning to renegotiate the terms of the contract in the near future, then all this exchange of "courtesies" does not make much sense. Plus, it seems to me, besides Toei and Bandai, Asahi TV also has the rights to the riders, so it’s not a fact that even changes in the contract will change something globally for the audience.

How would a female rider work for a fusion theme? With the lack of female riders in Heisei and as Reiwa is starting to continue the trend, wonder how the fusions will work?

Just doing a bit of brainstorming, I came up with a few cool combos, all based around an Ultraman Z-style triple fusion. Marika/Sabela/Jeanne - for being as OP as possible Kivala/Nadeshiko/Poppy - for going fully Sakamoto Delta/Ixa/Calibur - because technically it would count Tsukuyomi/Valkyrie/Na-Go - for being basically fucking useless |
Since we remembered about women riders, I would like to share my opinion about Shuki. I know she's considered a waste of potential because she's a two-episode villain, but she's also the strongest oni after Hibiki himself. That is, the second most powerful rider in the show, which is more than any other female rider has ever received.

Ooh, thought of another one:
Akira/Pink Necrom/that girl from, like, one episode of Geats - a form that never does anything because it’s always defeated before the transformation finishes. |

But I've been thinking
|
So this was a thought that popped in my head. What non-belt type device could you see be the go-to henshin device for Kamen Rider in an alternate history? So picture an alternate timeline where Kamen Rider Ichigo and Nigo never used the belt as a henshin device and the rest of the riders after them did the same using this type of device as the go-to device.
Personally, I was thinking two things. First would be a motorcycle helmet or face mask where the rider would put it on and suits up so pretty much Riderman. Second one that I could think of is a pendant device that is disguised as a stopwatch. |
For a fusion-themed rider series, how would the Kaijin be used for "Kaijin Fusion"?
ex. Shocker + Gurongi All depending on the types of creatures that can become chimeric, as well as whether they're of science, technology & magic. Look at Ultraman Orb & Geed's monsters. |

Androzani made me aware of this Kamen Rider Chart thing, so I filled it out.

I want to fill one out, but I also don't have the ability to use photoshop or gimp lol
|
I would have to think very hard about a lot of those and I don’t think I’m up to it.
|
I would've done this myself but I don't know how to use photoshop and/or similar programs and I also, unfortunately, did not watch as many Kamen Rider shows as I would've liked especially in comparison to a lot of people here.

My version. Sorry for the curvature, I did it in Paint. Also, Evolto, in his repertoire, knocked out my computer three times before he got into the place he was supposed to:

I did it because of course I did. Put something like this in front of me and I am 100% going to do it. I can't help myself.
Very few of these answers are thought out in much depth and there's a decent chance that several would be completely different if I did this any other day/time. https://www.tokunation.com/forums/at...1&d=1689191138 (Geats is more of a "don't really like much" than a "hate," fwiw) |
We as a fandom deciding "Quarternary Riders" was a legitimate classification was a mistake.
